Very good support. We had a few issues at first making the app do what we required but to be honest a lot of these were issues due to our past use and lack of process. Xero has to also take some of the load as Parex can only work with what the API gives them, and some of the issues belong squarely with Xero. Support has been keen to help, very responsive, and always came up with an answer. We're sticking with them as it is great to have true support. Well done Mahek and team.

I have been using this app for years but it stopped working properly recently. It is good app if it works. 2 issues. 1. It converts currency wrong. It convers USD to CAD when we get USD orders and xero recognize it as CAD again. It converts to USD 2 times. I sent message to the support several weeks ago but no one response. 2. Finally it stopped to syncing completely from yesterday. *Thank you for your reply. I searched my inbox for the first inquiry again but cannot find any response my side. If you sent and I din't get it, that would be a problem of google workplace. I need to contact them. Can you send the screenshot of your reply to verify?

Thank you for using our app. Our team had replied to your email from last month as well. We are committed to resolving the issues you are facing. Our support team is already in touch with you regarding this. By default, the orders sync in the store currency and not in the payment currency. We do have a feature where we could setup the order to be synced in the payment currency. The issue of orders not syncing on that Saturday was a separate issue due to a rate outage in our data centre provider. Our team is committed to resolving the issues that you are facing. Really good app but the popup telling me to review them is super annoying. No one likes popups, but I still think Bridge is great.

So far this app has been great! The set up took a little long mostly because some of the steps were phrased weirdly, but it was simpler than it seemed. Because of the issues I had during set-up (and how long I went without a Shopify integration) I relied heavily on the customer support team. Kumar in particular was very helpful! It's such a relief to work with customer support that's ACTUALLY helpful, understands the problem, and knows how to resolve it. It has a higher monthly maximum than other apps we've used, which means less manual reconciliation on our end.
