We've been using Redo for the better part of five months and have found the experience to be very helpful for our CX team. Compared to other offerings, we believe Redo to be far better in terms of cost, reliability, UX, and automations. Easy to implement, easy to monitor and track returns/exchanges. The team at Redo is also very responsive and eager to continue innovating in the space with their offerings. Would definitely recommend.

We have been looking years to implement a return and exchange App and this App have delivered what they promised. EXCELLENT Custommer Service and the guys are lovely.

With Redo's seamless integration and the amazing platform features they offer, we have been able to customize a super user friendly return journey for our wonderful customers and our Return Department. Not to mention the customer service is out of this world! They are always ready and willing to help! We have had a great experience with using Redo for our return portal needs.

Perfect app to help streamline our returns process. Saves us a lot of time and also saves us a ton in return shipping costs. Easy onboarding and friendly staff - Gabe & Max helped us tremendously. I really love that there is no subscription fees too!

We started with re:do back in September and we couldn't be more happy with their app and services! They have helped create a better return, exchange, and now claim process for our customers. The communication and level of service they provide us is outstanding. They welcome new ideas and implement change quickly! They are constantly looking for ways to innovate and improve their app which I have been loving all the newly added features they have come out with. I highly recommend them for your company!

Re:do has been one of the best apps/services we have ever added to our website! It makes the return process a breeze for our customers and for us. Their staff is amazing to work with and the onboarding process was the easiest I have ever experienced. If you have an e-commerce store, you have to have re:do!

Dustin did a great job walking us through the benefits of Re:do and how it would integrate with our existing returns policy. We were initially on the fence, but he went out of his way to provide contacts that we could reach out and ask questions to, and he was patient as we took the time to make the decision. Hannu has helped us with the setup and getting the flows started, and even though it has only been a week at the time of writing this, it's made our returns and exchanges much easier for our customer service team! Glad we made the switch, and should have made it after our first meeting with Dustin!

We started with ReDo in the middle of Q4 and it has been a game changer for us! Such a simpler process for customers and for our shop manager. Onboarding was simple, we always have a way to contact support when we have questions, and we are 100% thrilled with how this app has improved our shop!

We love Re:do, I absolutely loved how easily the onboarding was and how hands-off this is! Worth every penny for us to not lift a finger! Anytime I had an issue or a question they were on top of it and got me taken care of quickly. We highly recommend this return service!

Their service is great. and Product for sure. It has taken off lots of time from my hand having the customer be able to exchange and get store credit on their own. Tyler and Max have been a great help. The app to go with!

GAME CHANGER!!! We have been using Re:do for about 3 weeks now and it is amazing the difference it makes. It makes our whole return/exchange process so much smoother and cuts down on return processing time. Very user friendly for us and our customers. Dustin was great to work with and made the setup go smoothly. Max has been awesome to work with and is great to quickly respond to all of our questions and help us solve any problems we may encounter.

I am delighted with the way that this app has helped my small biz provide excellent customer service to my store. Buying apparel online is difficult, more so when you are a new mom with a new body. I truly believe (and have the stats to prove it) that adding Redo to my store has improved sales, as it assures customers that returns and exchanges are hassle free. The install and set up was fabulous. I am technologically inept, and the crew at Redo flawlessly set up the features that I wanted in about 15 minutes on a video chat. They walked me through the whole process, helped me explore the dashboard, settings and all the admin stuff. When I contact them with questions, they are very responsive and helpful- and the one time I needed a settings change, they did it for me, which saved me time and stress! I highly recommend that if you have a product that consumers hesitate about because of the potential for exchanges (like clothing) that you install this app TODAY! Game changer for sure!

It seems like a good idea but unfortunately, there is not enough information about how much the app really costs. There is no such thing as "free" especially "free returns". They should be more transparent in how they calculate fee before having to download the app. I downloaded the app and read the Terms of Service but even this is not clear on the pricing model. They ask for billing info but I am not comfortable sharing unless I know what I am getting into. I will consider revising this review if the developer can provide clarity on this. I am happy to pay, if I know what I am paying upfront and can make an informed decision.

So far so good with this app. Max made the setup process so quick and easy and Chris was very helpful in setting up the next steps for me. It's too soon to tell how it has affected my business but I'm only expecting positive growth.

This has been the first automatic return policy we had! It has been great so far and Hannu and his team have been so helpful with any questions we have had! He is super responsive and the app has worked great so far.
