Re:do has streamlined our return process in a very sophisticated way. It has improved our staff's workload as well as our customer experience. Max has helped us navigate some specific requests related to our company and is always very quick to respond. We've really enjoyed working with the Re:do team so far!

I met with Max and chatted with Natalie and it was such an amazing experience! They answered all of my questions about Redo and helped me to understand the platform better! Would highly recommend!

RE:DO has been great! Easy for us to use and for our customers! And if there happen to be any issues, they are ready to help right away! Natalie has helped us multiple times when either we or a customer needed help with something. We very much recommend using RE:DO!

1st time using app. I think this will be great once my personal issues are worked out. The automation did not work so well but Natalie helped me quickly. The app desperately needs automation to let you know there is a return coming. As a small business owner, we wear many hats and I need a reminder of what is ahead of me. Then I will update to 5 stars. I look forward to this being a great tool as my shipping demands increase.

I've only had this app installed for a few days but I am already in LOVE! The features it provides is amazing and the customer service has been awesome! One of the features that I have loved is that you can exclude specific discount codes for a return! Definitely recommend!

Haven't started processing returns through the app yet, but 5/5 stars to Dustin and Max for all of their help with onboarding and sharing general information about the app and the benefits it will have for our business and customers. Looking forward to the Re:do journey ahead!

Aside from saving us the expense, the support from the team has been impeccable post transition from our previous returns platform. Hats off to Natalie who has patiently assisted us through the transition and fielded our qeuries on how the platform worked.

Re:do has offered a great return and exchange system for my customers! I needed some help setting it up on my website and Max came to save the day! He was super nice, knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything before moving to the next step. I highly recommend Re:do if you’re looking to add a return and exchange app to your website!

Quick and easy install and terrific customer service. I met with Max to install this app, and it was smooth process. I have been looking for an exchange option for my customers and this was the perfect fit for my business.

This app is a great automated returns option for our store. Customers are loving the exchange or store credit option, and it's a great way to retain revenue. Natalie, from their customer service online chat, is always quick to respond and assist with any issues our company may have. Would definitely recommend!

Just completed onboarding with Re:do! Super excited to utilize all the automation features and customer friendly flow for our amazing customers! HUGE SHOUTOUT to Chris and Max for all their help making the process quick and easy! Great support and they were able to get answers to all my questions super quick! 10/10 recommend!

I just downloaded the app today but I must say the onboarding experience was seamless. Max was able to walk me through the process and explain every step of what he was doing. I prefer this method over developers who just take over the installation process and don't explain what they're doing or why they're doing it. I look forward to implementing this app into my store and offering an even better customer experience.

This app has been an incredibly positive experience for us since we started using it. It has significantly streamlined our return and exchange process, making it much more efficient. The app itself is remarkably user-friendly and straightforward. Hannu has consistently been responsive, whether it's addressing minor inquiries or taking the time to provide detailed demos. Working with Natalie and Chris has also been a pleasure. The chat box feature has proven to be immensely helpful for quick questions, and we truly appreciate the team's swift and responsive support.

The Re:do team stopped by our offices and were so pleasant to chat with. After hearing how the emphasis of the platform is to encourage exchanges & store credits and help keep revenue in the business, we quickly booked a call and started onboarding. The process was so super easy and every step of the way was met with excellent communication, even when we maybe had the same question more than once. We worked with Ian & Hannu and received timely responses and continue to have that same support if there are things we need to work through as sometimes weird situations come up with our customers. Re:do has been so open to working with us to find the best flow & process for our site and customers, and we can't recommend this app enough!
