GAME CHANGER ALERT! Seriously, this is hands down the greatest returns solution out there. Live Chat support is quick, fast, and knowledgeable, and new features are coming out faster than literally any other app we work with, and we work with A LOT. Ian, Hannu and the rest of the team are an absolute pleasure to work with. This app alone will save us $3,000 a year and that's just on the cost of have a return app. These guys also cover the cost of return shipping labels. Returning motorcycle boots is not cheap, and this company COVERS THAT COST. It's a no brainer. I'll be adding this as the return solution for all of our sites moving forward. 10/10 recommend.

Re:do is easy to use! Ian and Hannu helped us get started, and both were very helpful. Natalie is a great source when we have customer service questions. We have installed this in all three of our stores. It takes some of the manual work from us, which was much needed, and is an efficient way to deal with returns. One thing we would like to see is for customers to be able to exchange one style for a different style; however, many customers love the store credit option in place of that!

Great app for processing returns and the best part of this is that they pay for the shipping labels. It has saved me so much money. The return portal is very easy to use. Since using REdo, I saw my conversion rate increase since I am able to offer free returns. This app is a no brainer. I highly recommend it. The team is always there to help. Natalie from their customer service is very quick to reply and help me with any issue. They are a newer company so they are very eager to improve on any glitch. This app is better than Loop or any other return app I have used in the past. Keep up the great work REdo!

We love using Redo! It is very user friendly and the team has been amazing helping us get everything set up. I have chatted with customer service several times with questions and Natalie is AMAZING and so helpful! I definitely recommend Redo for small businesses, it has made our lives so much easier.

Re:Do has added a seamless experience for our customers when it comes to returns and exchanges. The onboarding was simple and almost everything is automated so the interface was easy to learn. Ian and Hannu are the best of the best! Any questions or problem that comes up is met with a quick and timely response and solution- even on weekends or Labor Day when we're running a big sale. We were also asked to be beta users to help give ideas and feedback to further elevate the customer experience and it's been a blast working with the Re:Do team. Could not recommend Re:Do more!

Great app with tons of options for different automations and return flows! Recent updates have made it even more user friendly and easy for customers to return items. Anytime I have needed support, the online chat has been answered extremely fast and my issues have been resolved promptly each time.

So far quite happy with Re:Do. The learning curve with their system is a matter of a day or so and you're up and running. New interface is slick and easy to navigate. Support is very responsive and Natalie has always helped me get the answers I need.

Can't say enough about how much Re:do has improved our customer's experience and saved our team time! Not only is the App amazing, but Hannu has been nothing less than exceptional any and every time we have needed something answered! Ian & Hannu helped me get this app set up & moving forward. Was it all that necessary? Maybe yes, maybe no... I'm pretty tech savvy and this app is really easy to navigate so I basically had it all set up before the call, but when they reached to out to advise they offer phone/video onboarding support, I took 'em up on it (to ensure I did it correctly) & the CUSTOMER SERVICE provided in that was exceptional! I wish ALL apps would do this, to ensure we're on the right path & using the app to it's full potential & to our biz owner's understanding - can't say enough good things about this app's support! Now, my customers have an amazing service provided & I feel confident I have the support of the app's behind the scenes team! Thanks y'all!

What an app experience, for my customers & for me the website/business owner. The onboarding customer service provided by Ian & Hannu was exceptional! I sure wish all apps would do this phone/video support. I have connected this app to both of my stores! My candle biz & Freshie biz are better for being able to offer this app’s features to my customer. And I’m way less stressed having been shown how to use the app to its full potential. I love this app! Working with Chris to help me get set up was so easy. I used to have Loop and I can't believe I was paying so much when Redo is free! This app is pure gold. I haven't had any issues so far.

We were concerned that our customers would abuse free returns E.G. — Buying 10 items and returning 8 of them— But Redo has it set it up so that customers are still getting the Amazon Prime experience, but they prevent customers from abusing it. They have thought of everything!
