The highlight of this app is seamless returns/exchanges - customers can complete returns/exchanges in a few quick steps. Everything is automated. The only drawback is that if customers want a different product in exchange (rather than different size or color of the same product), you will need to manually sort that out as the app does not allow selection of a different product for exchange. Customers still have the option to choose to return for store credit and apply it to reorder a different item, however. Thank you for creating this app! Much needed!

Update: Actually it was after you tried to bribe me with a $100 amazon gift card to remove the bad review I posted is when I stopped responding. Shopify has rules that prohibit you from asking for personal or merchant info outside of the app. Maybe they should look into your practices. I was having issues getting the app to show the widgets and cart on the store. I reached out to support and the first thing they ask is how many orders do we do a month so they can get the right person to help. #1 this app is supposed to be 100% free to the merchant so what does it matter how many orders I do a month. I assume they want high volume stores so they can make a lot of money off the customers that choose to pay $1 to $2 even if they don't use the service. I searched both the website and the app for help docs and both turned up empty pages or broken links. Reviews sounded so good even though there are only 5. Couldn't even get the app set up so I guess I will have to uninstall. You should never ask a merchant account questions just to help them with support.

This app is AMAZING! Easily one of the most useful and seamless apps you can add to your shop. You absolutely need to have this app in your shop if you're a small business owner because it's just soo helpful! I'm so happy that I decided to give it a try! Top Benefits - streamlines returns, exchanges, etc with a very simple intuitive portal that customers can access via link that you can put anywhere you choose on your site. - no complicated installation. very straightforward - you can offer store credit and upsell by providing customers money or a percentage off if they choose store credit which is so amazing because that means more revenue - it auto-syncs with your stores policies - you don't need to worry about shipping labels or anything like that, the app generates everything with the customer directly - you can pre-approve returns and ask customers to upload an image of the product - you can collect customer feedback about the item their returning - the opt-in cost for customers is nominal -- $1 - $2 - even when customers don't opt in before purchasing, the portal still handles everything - most, importantly this is FREEEEEEEEEE to the store. No monthly costs, nothing!!! Oh and the customer support is super helpful and timely!

We have been so thrilled with re:do! There have been some learning curves/tech glitches but support is always on it so quickly. Processing returns is SO much quicker, saving me time and money. My customers are also happier because they have access to great postage rates, much better than sending them to the P.O.! Highly recommend!!

I was very interested in this App because it's unlike others out there. However, when I asked for setup assistance to make sure I was doing it right, they said "you don't want to offer returns or exchanges?" to which I said no, only store credit. Their reply was that their owner built a billion dollar business with a loose return policy and their goal is to offer an Amazon like experience, and they highly advise not having a "strict" policy. It was an instant turnoff and I deleted the app immediately. Trying to tell me how to run my business really pissed me off. This conversation was also all via email because I asked to jump on a zoom (twice before I got a reply) for setup assistance and they said they could do it right there in the chat. The employee I talked to and the owner both reached out to me and apologized profusely and have since made up for it. I have yet to start using the app but will do so shortly and update then.
