I used the live chat to join the product and variant SKU information to output as unique lines so that the data could easily be imported. Process was quick, easy to chat and my issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes. I continue to use the live chat, makes report building easier, October 2023

Useless and incredibly confusing. Could not figure out how to extract some simple data from a line item. I think it wanted $29.99 a month to do it. Huge rip off
Hello, I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Are you sure this review is intended for Xporter? Line items can be extracted on our basic $7 plan (and we do not have a 29.99 plan). I see you only had the app installed for 5 minutes, if you would like to reinstall you will still have 7 trial days left. Our support team can help via in app chat, phone or email, and every subscription has an hour of free setup. We have served tens of thousands of Shopify merchants in the 8 years Xporter has been in business, with only three 1 star reviews. Hopefully you will give us another chance!

Not the most straight-forward user interface but in terms of reporting, this tool provides all the data I need. Chat support is super efficient, helpful and quick to respond!

This app is simply amazing. It is powerful, fully customizable to meet most any need and fairly easy to use and navigate once you dig into it and get the basics set up. Even if you do have some issues in navigating or setting up your desired template, Jason and the rest of the team are absolutely amazing, responsive, efficient, knowledgable and function at an exemplary level of speed and communication with the ability to communicate effectively in layperson terms to help you achieve whatever it is you are needing. In my case, I needed the ability to auto generate detailed reports in a specific format based on a number of varying factors and data points pulled directly from orders and the product information within those orders. I needed these reports to be automatically sent to me on a very regular basis of my choosing down to the day of week, hour and minute (it can even go down to the second, if needed). I HIGHLY recommend this company and this App after having worked with the app and their customer service/tech team for going on 2 weeks now from first contact.

When running weekly reports to analyze all aspects of our web orders the reports that have been specifically created for our needs have not only met our expectations but exceeded them. The support team and not only super responsive but completely helpful in all the questions I have thrown at them. Using Xporter has made our day to day, week to week and month to month business run much smoother.

We use this app to import orders from shopify to our fulfillment platform. Their developer team always responds within minutes when we need help and always finds a solution. XML work can get really complicated and they are always super knowledgeable and helpful! They are great to work with! We've been using the app for almost 2 years and it can handle a lot of fluctuation in volume and unique data needs we have.

Best app for exporting orders automatically to suppliers. Their support is fast and they even have a live chat. Every company should take their example. Thanks guys!

Customer service is very helpful, to the point (without the additional nonsense I have seen on other chats that are wordy with little benefit to the conversation). Additionally, the new interface is so user friendly that I no longer have to guess at what I'm looking for, by far the best improvement.

Great app. Had an issue- was leery about email support. Jason answered my email within 10 minutes- asked for more info. 30 minutes later, replied with issue resolved. Jason ROCKS! Xporter ROCKS!

We have a very large set of data and this app allows to export pretty complex reports that we can't export from Shopify. Their customer support is very excellent!

We have used this app since launching on Shopify and it has been wonderful. Staff has always been helpful and quick to respond with any questions we’ve had. Rarely any issues with the app.

Great tool! We needed to run a SBP report for a product that contained variants from a third-party app (not able to export this info through shopify reports) and their team helped us set up a custom report quickly. Would definitely recommend!
