Please do not waste your money on this app, it's awful. At first everything seemed fine and I was excited to use it. That was until a customer purchased a personalized option from me and I saw that this app does not merge option prices with prices for the product. This resulted in my customer paying one price for the product through the shopify product listing and another price for the ymq product options listing (they overpaid because of this app). I then emailed support and they told me there is nothing they can do about it. Please do not waste your money on this app.
Hi, When your option has an additional price attached, all product options apps cannot merge the option price and product price together, because shopify's product price is not allowed to be modified during checkout, which is illegal. Therefore, all product options apps need to split the option price into a new product (all prices are correct, and there will be no overcharging). When you encounter a problem, we immediately contacted you and gave you a detailed explanation on the matter. It may be that our statement is not clear enough and you failed to understand our meaning correctly. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, and we will make an explanation on the home page of the app, so that all customers who use our app can understand the implementation principle of our app and some unsolvable problems in advance, so as not to cause some problems for our customers . Ive been using this app for a while and while it is nice looking and easy to use, my entire store requires personalization for every product just about. Im not sure this app can handle that. What I'm noticing is that it begins to automatically add new products to existing product options without me adding them there and it creates a double option on the product page. I mark all options as required so it is confusing my customers. Ive removed them numerous times and it just adds them right back repeatedly. Ive tried breaking them down into multiple option sets to not "confuse" the app and it hasn't helped. I just added 2 new products and it has done it again. Im at the point of looking into other apps as this is just not working out.

Have not had time to test all the features of the APP yet, but so far so good. However, the speed and efficiency of support from this team is OUTSTANDING! They attended to two display anomolies with my theme so quickly, I could hardly believe it (within minutes). Well done.

Features are great! Only thing that is lacking is that the products are not reflected in IG and FB shops. So apparently I can't tag the products (I customized with YMK) in my social media posts. Though, I have been communicating with the team throughout my free trial. Looking at how efficient they are, I bet they can solve this issue ASAP. Once I can tag my products in my social media posts, I can then customize my other products. Please make this happen I have downloaded and removed a total of 6 product customizer apps - yours the best so far!

This app is an indispensable part of our business and is very useful to me. I use it to add variant options that are not available to Shopify. I like its user-friendliness. Whenever I encounter a problem or have a general problem, they can quickly solve it for me. It's really great! ! !

This app is proof that cheap doesn't always mean poor quality. I switched to this app for the price add-ons and now its the main application I use for my product options. Integration is customizable and conditionals work with shopify variants. The app isn't perfect though and conditionals cannot work with option sets in different templates. Perhaps something that could be added in the future.

The App is very useful for adding custom options. It is pretty easy to use and the support team is lighting fast! They responded right away and were able to help fix my issue.

Fantastic app! Used a different app for months, but ran into some limitations like not being able to add a extra price to custom options without the need to attach extra products for it (and not show an updated price on the product page when such custom option was selected). Installed this app a few days ago and I must say that it's exceeding all my expectations. Not only can I simply enter a extra cost for a custom option, but it also shows the updated price on the product page right away and doesn't need any additional products for this price increase. I had some incompatibility issues with my theme and mailed the developer and within just a few hours all my issues were solved. Amazing plugin and amazing dev team. Keep up the great work!

The Ymq team has been absolutely stunning and quick in replies, especially to my unusual requests. They even hardcoded some features that I needed. Amazing support. Wonderful apps, just the one I need for our product launching. Comes with various options and price adds on function.

Excellent app, easy to use and so far the best infinite options app I have tried. Plus it has a good price. The support the app devs offer is the best support I have received in any other app. Quick, efficient and makes you feel like they care about your business. I would recommend to anyone looking for an infinite options app.

I would 1000% recommend this app! It is so affordable for what the app offers. It is easy to use and it has a variety of options from multiple variants to price add-ons and even file uploads. Instead of paying for multiple apps to have all the features we need, this app alone has them all. The developer is an excellent problem solver. They always have a solution for every issue comes up to cater our needs. I'm very happy with the product and even happier with the customer service ❤️❤️❤️
