I recently installed the app and so far I love the features and how user-easily it is. Super customer service! I had a question and they got back to me in less than 1 hours with a solution that worked. Super Recommended! I want to give them more than 5 stars. Thank you. ymq team

After testing the app for two weeks and also testing similar apps (20+) I can say "Product Options Variant Option" is one of the better product option apps here on shopify. Its great, that options will be stored as a draft order, so it is not getting messy. Unfortunately with the app all options will be handled as a seperate fullfillment with its own tracking number. When I have sold one product with 4 options, shopify tells me, that I have sold 5 products. It would be great if there will be an option to sum up the product with the options to one product and one fullfillment. Also a function to set the price to percent could be implemented (like Advanced Product Option - App) and the error messages not as javascript alerts. There are some bugs, but no cristical one, the support is fast and very helpful in solving problems, also the price is reasonable.

I just found this App on Shopify app store. I gave this app a 5 stars. Its really helpful for my products which is a lot customization options. Its quite friend for the website webmaster to use this app. For my clients, they get much better experience to customize their dream items. You cannot image such a great app just cost 7.9 USD a momth. Highly recommend!!!

This is a really good app. Easy to use and surprisingly flexible. The developers were also very good at ensuring it had fulfilled my requirements and even wrote some custom code for me to tweek the product to my personal preference. The support is free and fast!!!!!!!!! Try the app out!

Excellent customer support, great app. Really easy to use! No coding skills needed whatsoever. The team is really helpful as well, the app didn't initially work with my theme so I sent them an email at the end of the day and by the time I came back in to work they had fixed everything! Definitely recommend. When I asked again if the app can support ajax shopping carts, they made a separate compatibility for my theme. And it’s free. So far, this app has run very well. I can hardly imagine that the $7.9 app can achieve such excellent customer support and such a complete range of functions. You can use it to do almost everything you want. Highly recommend this app! ! ! !

The app needs a lot of improvements, I guess with time it will be better. The support team until now did not fix any of my issues. the app has bugs that need to be fixed and it is not mobile optimized either. when adding options from swatches, prices are not updated in the cart which will cause you to lose money, so my advice is to check every option and how it functions before customizing the rest of the products. customization as well does not show in the sliding cart so customers will just have to figure things out till they reach checkout.

Our developers have contacted you many times and need you to provide your theme files to achieve perfect compatibility for you (this is free). This app is by far the best app I can imagine! If you are looking for product options, minimum and maximum quantity and volume discount, you don't need to look further! Not only the app is fantastic, also the customer service is great. When you have a question, they answer extremely fast and they solve the problem or your question also very very quickly.

It's hard to imagine that you can spend so little money to use such a graet app. And developers are constantly developing new features. I asked a few questions and they answered me within 10 minutes and solved the problem for me within 30 minutes, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

This App along with the custom support far exceeded my expectations. We literally must have tried every App for custom options available and this was by far the best. Support was the best we have ever experienced from a company. Quick and efficient with no delay. This company is also Constantly developing their idea for the App and their new Preview feature saves time when making any changes. Very happy customer who would not hesitate to recommend both this product and the company!

This app is fantastic, there are so many options that you can choose and you don't need to take a premium plan to access to it. It is also being improved everyday. Very good and reactive help assistance. I just wish they could propose a preview option for the client so he can see the options he has chosen in real.
Our developers are working on the preview feature, which will be a great feature. (You can view the effect of adding options in real time.)

UPDATE: I have now been using this app for a few weeks. The support is quick. The app is reliable and loads every time. It's nice to go into the app and see they are improving and developing new features all the time. I'm still hopefully for an overlay image for items that are out of stock. Fingers crossed this will be a feature very soon. I have tried every product options app Shopify app store. Most are either lacking in feature or way to complex. This app allows you to simply switch an option to available or unavailable. It allows us to overlay an image when the product is selected and to overlay another image when the maximum options have been selected. I would love the developer to allow us to overlay a different image for an option that is out of stock. If you looking for something that works, easy to use, a developer who cares, and doesn't cost silly money then this is the app for you!

Great app, It is easy to use and looks brilliant. It saves me time! And, the application can create template options to easily edit multiple products of the same type, which is a great feature. And the price is very cheap, really a good and cheap app. What's really impressed me is the customer service. I had a question and they got back to me in less than 1 hour with a solution that worked.

Super App! Schon viele Ähnliche ausprobiert, aber überall hat etwas gefehlt. Der Support antwortet innerhalb weniger Minuten ist hilfsbereit und die auftretenden Probleme werden sehr schnell behoben.
