UPDATED: I had to reach out to support again and Kenneth was helping me. He fixed the widget and made sure it was working properly before we ended the chat. He was awesome to work with and super kind! I've talked with Ronel twice and each time they were super proficient and helped with all of my needs. I didn't feel rushed and felt like he really wanted to answer my questions. I had to reach out to support again and talked with Kenneth John M. He was awesome and fixed my issue super quickly.
