The app makes it easy to collect and display authentic customer reviews, helping build trust and confidence for new shoppers. The integration with Shopify is smooth, the review widgets look professional, and the setup process is straightforward. A great app for merchants looking to strengthen customer credibility and increase conversions.
Absolute ABYSMAL customer service. The AI chat bot does not help and says it will send a support ticket. No one has gotten back to me and I cant use the app until they do. So incredibly frustrating.
This was a great app until recently. I encountered a bug and contacted support. The AI chat gave me a case number and assured me that a support agent would follow up within 4–6 hours. It's now been two days, and I've received absolutely no response or update on my issue. It's really disappointing because I was genuinely happy with the app and was even considering upgrading my plan. Unfortunately, this experience with customer support has made me rethink that decision.
