I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Arven from the customer service team. Very professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. I've been using Yotpo for years, and I am pleased with how easy it is to use as well as the useful app updates over this time. Today, I worked with Orly on back-end code, and it was a breeze working with him. I saved a lot of time by simply submitting my request via live chat. The entire process took less than 15 minutes.
