Yotpo’s review app is great! Their team helped me set up star ratings on my collection page, and it looks fantastic. Their support was fast, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. If you're looking for a reliable app to showcase customer reviews on Shopify, I highly recommend Yotpo!

The support is very helpful and really friendly! I had an amazing chat with Ruzsel J who was very polite and thorough in getting to the root of the problem of our reviews not showing up on a product page. In stead of giving instructions on how to fix the issue, he went out his way, asked quality questions, performed an analysis, identified and resolved it himself. Can't be more happy with his service!

We encountered an issue where users couldn't submit reviews from mobile devices using the Yotpo review widget. The modal wouldn't allow necessary fields to be scrolled within. Yotpo's support team responded very quickly to our concerns. They identified the root cause of the problem and guided us through the resolution process smoothly. I'm especially grateful to Arven for their support. Thanks to their quick and accurate assistance, we were able to resolve the issue in a short time, which was a great help.

Wendyle is amazing! I got some questions about importing and exporting the reviews, she supported me from the start to the end, and fixed everything I encountered. And she is super efficient in fixing my problems. This is the type of support we all need as a brand owner. *Update: I had some new questions about exporting and importing reviews, and Ruzsel J assisted me this time. Ruzsel did an amazing job, fixing my issue very quickly. They were knowledgeable, provided all the information I needed, and offered fast and straightforward support.
