I am really consider to use this app to replace the judge.me, so installed it for for testing. We got one verified review today 02/07/2026 from a customer, and when try to export it, it send me empty csv for 5 times. The support is suck as well, no real person only AI, when you request real person, AI created a ticket for you and Goodbye. Never come back

It is not easy to export the reviews to move to another app. This feature should be front and center

Would not recommend at all. Non-existent support and EVERY feature requires an upgrade. What to keep your brand colour and font - pay more. What a question answered - pay more. We're on PRO at $169 a month and it's got no features worth using - they keep demanding more money can't even show reviews properly hahaha

As a large brand, we sadly cannot recommend any of the Yotpo's modules. The platform is extremely buggy, most of the features can't be accessed the majority of the time, switching between stores is a nightmare. One of their other modules also triggered an issue on our store that costed us hundreds of thousands of dollars and all we were offered is a one month's subscription discount. Yotpo's platform is behind, poorly maintained and technically unstable.

I have had a horrible experience dealing with [email protected]. I was contacted on Cyber Monday stating that they want to speak to me about signing a new contract for about $7000. I forwarded them Okendo pricing at $299/ month which I had the rep at Okendo confirm was exactly what I needed. I was then told by Yotpo the $7000 per year price was for an account strategist. We never use an account strategist. We only ever log into manage reviews. I asked them to rebate me for the years we have been over paying and to adjust my monthly price to match Okendo $299 with UGC, and 3500 orders per month but he has since gone missing. I am asking to speak to a manager and no response. BE VERY CAREFUL. THEY GET YOU INTO A CONTRACT AND DON'T TELL YOU ABOUT THE BASIC PACKAGES for $329 they have on their own website which will save you thousands per year. We are a small business. They have been absolutely taking advantage of us for years.

I signed up with Yotpo for Walmart product syndication and paid $10,000 in advance. They assured me my products would be listed and synced with Walmart. After months of waiting, nothing was delivered. Communication was slow, and every update felt like a delay without real progress. I would not recommend them for Walmart syndication. Don’t paying anything yotpo. now yotpo can’t do walmart syndication anymore . if you fix possible fix my accounts and syndication old reviews .

Total waste of time. Also misleading advertising on pricing and what is available. Does not work at all. Zero support. Just bots that suck.

We moved to Yotpo from Loox and it was a big mistake. We were mislead on how advanced is the app. We had all customization options available on Loox on the plan of 40 per month and on Yopto we can customize very few things paying 170... Yotpo charges you for everything (extra review requests sent too) and on the top we spent days trying to migrate to the app and it was a bug on a bug on a bug. After using it for 2 months I noticed that we do not get any reviews with photos or videos and we used to get several per week on Loox. When I asked the support how I can improve the landing page for the review request in order to get more reviews with photos/videos they told me that I should move to a more expensive plan... On Loox it was available on basic plan. If it's your first review app probably you'll find it fine but when you've already tried couple and have experience, you'll see that Yotpo charges you for nothing. It's not worthy of the pricing they offer.

I ended my subscription with Yotpo over a month ago within the free trial period and they're still trying to charge my credit card for a service I don't use. I've reached out to customer support several times regarding this issue and they offered no concrete solution. There is no option to end my Free plan subscription with them, there is no option to remove my credit card from their dashboard. I'm incredibly frustrated by the lack of transparency and support by the Yotpo team. If I could leave you a star rating in the minus, I would.

Scam company. Once you cancel your subscription, they’ll tell you your annual fee is non-refundable—even if you’ve only used it for a month or two. They won’t prorate or refund the unused portion. What’s worse, they never inform you of these unreasonable policies upfront. No warnings, no notices, nothing. After you’ve paid, you’ll realize that Yotpo significantly slows down your website, especially hurting CLS performance. When you decide you no longer want to use it, they’ll just say, “Your subscription is canceled, but you won’t receive any refund.” Shopify Plus support will simply tell you, “It’s a third-party app, there’s nothing we can do.” Total scammy behavior.

I can't recommend this company. The product works fine, but they are not friendly to small businesses and have an overall "take it or leave it" attitude and pricing policy. We've used this app for YEARS. Macy's recently asked us to syndicate reviews so that all our positive reviews on our website would also show on Macy's. Yotpo not only refused to provide the data to them without "upgrading" our current plan, but the new plan they insisted on was a price increase of over 300%. Even worse, they required a full annual contract to do it. That price alone would have eaten up the vast majority of any profit we might have hoped to increase at Macy's. So yeah, I found Yotpo's inflexibility to be no different from extortion, and very anti-competitive for a small firm like us. Thumbs down.

I do NOT recommend! Hard to use, and chat bot is annoying.

the flyout asking for a review is very annoying

Very terrible experience. I wanted the reviews to be with the title of the product. If not they were at the very bottom of the product description and no one would see them. In order to do this I was given the option to allow the app to install or manually install the widget. I picked let the app install it, as soon as I did that my site malfunctioned. You could not open a product at all, you would get redirected to a "you may also like" page. There is no option to go back and undo it either. Their AI bot was wrong about how to fix it. I contacted support but have yet to hear back on the issue. In order to fix my site I had to reach out to Shopify support and they were able to disable the app and get my store functioning properly. I'm very disappointed as the app appeared to be great.

I had to uninstall the app the support is terrible. After 3 weeks the problem was not fixed. I decided to go with another review provider.

This app is full of bugs - Upgrading your plan from Free to a paid tier doesn't actually work (the charge is applied, but service levels are NOT increased). Additionally, the Onboarding flow within the app is broken (persistently asks you to install the widget, when doing so, it adds the widget to your theme multiple times). Go with another option! Worse yet, the support is horrible.

Disappointed with the way this company handled their email transition for customers. Its hurt my business and I won't recommend their company to anyone.

This transition is unrelated to Yotpo Reviews, which continues to operate independently and is not affected by the changes to the email product. We had a terrible experience. The whole platform was buggy for us and it took forever to get things done. The final straw was that emails for reviews post purchase just stopped going out with no explanation. We switched to a new provider and got 3 reviews in the first hour (while not getting any in 30 days on yotpo.)
