Started with a free plan,realising that this app costs a fortune and my small business doesn’t need 1000 reviews a month. But there is no cheaper option than $129. My client made a mistake with her review and I wasn’t able to resend the email to her, plus she was not able from her end to go back with the same email and redo the review.This app behaves really scammy and I do not recommend it.

I was having a hard time trying to figure out how to block a specific product from being included in our review requests and they were able to quickly and succinctly tell me how to do it. It's a simple tag in Shopify! So helpful and I very much appreciated the speedy reply.
