Yotpo: Product Reviews App

We’ve been using Yotpo for over 3 years, and we’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of their support. The team is highly responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to finding solutions. Whether we reach out regarding Reviews or Loyalty, we can always count on getting a clear and helpful response, either right away or by email. And when the AI agent can’t fully resolve an issue, it’s great to know that we can still speak to a real person who can take over and help. A special thank you to Vien, who handled our latest request so efficiently and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Really appreciated! Thank you, Yotpo team, for such a great level of support.

A fantastic app, with great support - we've been a customer for a couple of years now. After transferring from a well know review provider and different loyalty provider.

I’ve been using Yotpo for over a year and have consistently been on the Pro plan. Last year, I was able to import genuine customer reviews and have them displayed with the Verified Buyer badge. This year, however, I was told that imported reviews on the Pro plan can no longer receive the Verified Buyer badge, and that I would need to upgrade to the Premium or Enterprise plan to qualify. What makes this especially disappointing is that these are real customer reviews, not fake or fabricated reviews. Changing the policy after merchants have been using the platform for years feels unfair, especially when an important feature that was previously available is now being tied to a much more expensive plan. After using Yotpo for more than a year, I’m very disappointed with this change and cannot recommend Yotpo to other merchants who rely on importing genuine customer reviews.

We've been really impressed with the level of support from the Yotpo team. As a small business without dedicated technical resource, it's reassuring to know that whenever we reach out, for Reviews or Loyalty, we get a helpful response either on the spot or via email. It's also refreshing to be able to speak to a real person when the AI agent hasn't quite resolved the issue. A special mention to Vien Saints E, who has helped us on multiple occasions with some tricky DNS record issues. The patience and quality of support have been outstanding, thank you!

We use Yotpo Product Reviews for Cashmere Knot Ireland( cashmereknot.ie), our Shopify store specialising in premium cashmere scarves, pure Pashmina stoles, elegant Pashmina shawls, preloved cashmere and women's pure sheep leather gloves. The app makes it easy to collect and display authentic customer reviews, helping build trust and confidence for new shoppers. The integration with Shopify is smooth, the review widgets look professional, and the setup process is straightforward. A great app for merchants looking to strengthen customer credibility and increase conversions.

Absolute ABYSMAL customer service. The AI chat bot does not help and says it will send a support ticket. No one has gotten back to me and I cant use the app until they do. So incredibly frustrating.

This was a great app until recently. I encountered a bug and contacted support. The AI chat gave me a case number and assured me that a support agent would follow up within 4–6 hours. It's now been two days, and I've received absolutely no response or update on my issue. It's really disappointing because I was genuinely happy with the app and was even considering upgrading my plan. Unfortunately, this experience with customer support has made me rethink that decision.
