As our small roastery begins to outgrow itself we knew that changes needed to be made. With that, resources needed to be reevaluated and resources with options to be upgraded were of the utmost importance to us. Yotpo offered just that and the ability for syndication. There were some hiccups on transferring/upgrading to the next tier with Yotpo but we were fortunate enough to have Doner P. from Yotpo Support help iron out the few problems we encountered. Plus it gave us the opportunity to interact with Yotpo support team, they did not disappoint and helped us resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Ruzsel was absolutely fantastic to work with. We’d been dealing with an ongoing issue around syndicating our reviews across the US and UK sites, and it had become quite frustrating. Ruzsel quickly stepped in, took the time to fully understand the problem, and worked through it until everything was resolved. He communicated consistently throughout the process, explaining the technical details in a way that was easy to follow and keeping us updated on progress. I am really consider to use this app to replace the judge.me, so installed it for for testing. We got one verified review today 02/07/2026 from a customer, and when try to export it, it send me empty csv for 5 times. The support is suck as well, no real person only AI, when you request real person, AI created a ticket for you and Goodbye. Never come back

We’re sorry for the frustration caused while testing the app. Newly submitted reviews can take a short time to process before appearing in exports, which is why the CSV was initially empty. We understand this wasn’t clear and will work on improving that experience. Regarding support, while AI helps route requests efficiently, real team members are available to assist once a ticket is created.
