Ruzsel J was super helpful! I was having a hard time trying to figure out how to block a specific product from being included in our review requests and they were able to quickly and succinctly tell me how to do it. It's a simple tag in Shopify! So helpful and I very much appreciated the speedy reply.

Yotpo has some of the fastest and clearest responses from a support team. In my experience, they are quick to reach and provide great support that is easy to follow. My recent support chat Doner P mirrored most of my interactions with the team. While there are some limitations with the dashboard and customization, overall Yotpo has been easy to work with and been a beneficial add to our company.
Used to be a great app but now I get almost no reviews and there are thousands being sent. Reached out to support and they were useless. I would definitely avoid. Explain how you go from getting several hundred reviews in a month consistently for years to 7 new reviews in a month. So frustrated I have to now setup a whole new app.
