Wendyle is amazing! I got some questions about importing and exporting the reviews, she supported me from the start to the end, and fixed everything I encountered. And she is super efficient in fixing my problems. This is the type of support we all need as a brand owner. *Update: I had some new questions about exporting and importing reviews, and Ruzsel J assisted me this time. Ruzsel did an amazing job, fixing my issue very quickly. They were knowledgeable, provided all the information I needed, and offered fast and straightforward support.

I had an issue with the changing the email associated with our account. Arven was a great help and very quick to make the necessary changes. We also had an issue with linking our new website with the Yotpo App. The customer support was very quick in responding and fixing our issues.

Great app and great support (particularly Ruzsel). Easy to use, user friendly, and again...great support (I was able to jump on a google meet when we mad a migration issue, which was amazing as that's not the norm).

Had a couple of little issues with reviews not showing, contacted support. Donor was quick with the fixes we needed, all works perfect now.

Great app! Ian Christian C. was extremely helpful and spent hours with me on the chat, answering my every question and solving every problem. If you're unsure about Yotpo, the customer service alone should make you download it. 10/10 recommended! Thank you!!!!
