Great app! Ian Christian C. was extremely helpful and spent hours with me on the chat, answering my every question and solving every problem. If you're unsure about Yotpo, the customer service alone should make you download it. 10/10 recommended! Thank you!!!!

Ian Christian was SUPER helpful in geting our star ratings shown on our product grids. Yotpo emails requesting reviews has also been super easy to use! Highly recommend :)

Their customer service was extremely responsive and helpful to our brand's situation! They walked me through the steps I needed to take to syndicate our reviews between different SKUs and I was able to do it quickly and easily. They even provided links for additional help and were able to access pages I could not access from my brand's subscription.

I am a small business start up and signed up for this service, completely forgot about it , weeks later I went back in to confirm how it works so started a chat session with Ruzsel J, and he was amazing! I had a tons of questions, and he made a video for me to help me relearn this amazing review product!

Ruzsel John has truly made my day with his exceptional support and understanding. From the moment I reached out with my concerns, Ruzsel took the initiative to ask me to screenshare, which was a first for me. This proactive approach allowed him to dive deeply into the issues I was facing. During the screenshare, Ruzsel was able to quickly identify and diagnose several problems that had been troubling me. These included a persistent issue with a double star rating appearing on each product page, a problem where the store reviews were not displaying correctly on the website, and a technical glitch where the website domain on Yotpo was still showing the Shopify string, even though my primary domain on Shopify was set correctly. Ruzsel’s efficiency and dedication were evident throughout our session. He worked diligently and with a level of care that went beyond my expectations. The speed with which he addressed and resolved these issues left me feeling incredibly elated with the results. I genuinely wish all customer service agents could exhibit the same level of understanding and concern for the functionality of the Yotpo brand as Ruzsel does. His exceptional support has not only resolved my immediate concerns but also greatly improved my perception of the Yotpo app. I now feel a renewed sense of peace with the plan and am even considering investing in additional features, thanks to Ruzsel’s clear demonstration of how Yotpo can effectively meet my needs. Before interacting with Ruzsel, I was on the brink of giving up on using the app altogether. However, his assistance has restored my faith in Yotpo, and I now feel more confident and optimistic about continuing to use it. His help has been invaluable, and I am sincerely grateful for the difference he has made.

Yotpo offers an amazing service with a stellar team that is quick to respond when help is requested! I just got done working with Jeorge Kenneth V who helped me quickly transfer product reviews from a retired product iteration to it's upgraded replacement. Jeorge was quick to jump on the task and fielded questions that i had along the way. I fully recommend Yotpo to any business wanting to leverage customer testimonies to boost conversion rate!

We worked with Ian Christian via chat support to resolve a minor issue we were having where the app recently began to prompt us to go through onboarding, despite the fact that we had set up and customized the app months earlier. We didn't want to reset any of our customizations, so we wrote into support to ensure we handled resolving this properly. Without confirming anything with us, the agent apparently clicked "okay" on our onboarding prompts (exactly what we did not want to do) and reset all of the customizations we had implemented. This erased all of the professional development work we had paid for in customizing the widgets on our website, and additionally reset all the emails we had customized as well. While I understand mistakes happen, the most frustrating aspect is that the agent did not seem to care that they had done this. They hardly responded to our follow up questions, then flatly stated that they can't revert back to before they erased all of our customizations. After some pressing, they said they would escalate this matter to tier 2 support, but they had no estimate of how long it would take to hear anything, or if they could help at all anyway. In this case, we regret reaching out to Yotpo support. They degraded our customer experience and now will cost us time and money to correct everything they erased and reset.

I have been on many platforms, many websites, etc but the support from Yotpo is amazing. I have had the privilege of speaking to Doner P from support, and he answered every question. He even took the time to make screen shots to show me how to do certain things, he walked me through everything. I appreciate him and this support team so much
