Update: I recently had an issue with an incorrect review posted by a customer. After I resolve the matter with the customer, it was initially hard to get it resolved on Yotpo. I had to get in touch with a member of the support team. Fortunately, Reymon N. Was extremely helpful. Once again he went above and beyond, and got the matter resolved beautifully. —- Yotpo's support person Rhenant went way above & beyond to help me with installation of the widget on Shopify, which was otherwise pretty confusing to me. Rhenant really stuck with me and went the extra mile, giving me exactly what I neede and more than I expected in terms of help. Rhenant is great!
