March 2021: another great experience. We changed our theme and I lost the reviews showing on the product pages. I contacted Yotpo on the chat on a Sunday and Eleen responded immediately and fixed my problem. Great support, thank you Eleen for your help! December 2020: Another awesome support, this time from MaryAnn! November 2019: I want to update my review. If I could give 5 MORE stars, I would. Since I can't, I will explain here why we are so happy. Our reviews were not showing in Google. So I contacted Yotpo support (as well as the app we use for SEO), and ADRIAN from YOTPO replied within a few hours with a very thorough explanation, way above and beyond Yotpo's reach. Adrian did some analysis in Google that pointed out some left over junk from other apps (that we had already removed). He gave me enough information so I could raise the flags with the other vendors. For that reason, I was going to give permission to Adrian to go there and fix what was necessary (even if the problem was not due to Yotpo), but the other vendor stepped in and fixed their mess. I couldn't be happier. As a small business owner, we trust that the apps we put on the store are doing what they are supposed to do, and not causing problems. Not all are like that. I am glad there are professionals like Adrian who know what they are doing and provide support that is second to none. So here are my 10 stars for Yotpo: ********** July 2018 : We installed Yotpo two months ago and we love it. It is easy to use, super helpful for customers to enter reviews and Yotpo support is outstanding. They reply to any and all questions very quickly and the answers are thorough. We couldn't be happier!!!!!
