The app is simple to understand, great to use and works really well on the front end of the site. When I needed help, Alex was able to jump in and support me quickly and effectively. Very happy.

Great customer service team. I've had the pleasure of reaching out through the chat box a few times and have had great experiences each time. Today I reached out and Cyrus Jay helped get my issue resolved within minutes!

Our experience so far has frankly been terrible. Our migration process was a mess, our specialist was very confused, was unresponsive and made mistakes. We are constantly running into issues with the platform not working correctly or how we anticipated, which all seems to stem from our migration. We were told we would have functionality that we don't and many things were not set up correctly. It's very disappointing and is not only taking up a lot of our time to fix, we have also lost subscription customers. The chat support has been helpful to resolve these issues as they arise, but we should not be dealing with them at all.
