Fab app, so easy to use! The live chat is fantastic and Thessanyl was fab at answering the questions i had and resolving any hiccups my end!

This team has continued to impress me with their customer service and follow-up. I required some custom work on widget display to enhance the user experience and they were willing to do the work behind the scenes and notified me numerous times along teh way while the work was being done. Thessanyl managed the entire interaction between myself and their Dev team and was extremely courteous and professional. It has been a great experience thus far. Highly recommend!

Easy to install and setup subscriptions for my store. They also have lighting fast customer service via chat. I had a design change that required some custom code, and Thessanyl was able to make the changes in minutes. Everything is great so far, thanks Yotpo!

We had a theme update and began receiving questions from our customers on how they could access and manage their accounts. I reached out to yotpo chat support and Happy Sheen Buhay assisted me in fixing this. It was a very seamless process to get our site up and working easily (without having to get my developers involved). I'm only starting to build my subscription base now, but this app has been perfect so far, especially for the fact that I am on the free subscription! I really do recommend it, it looks great within my design on the store and is really easy for the customer to choose their subscription rate. I have just had my first issue where a customer forgot to add the shipping and the chat assistant fixed this for me, was super easy and Roland M was a great help! Thanks team, keep up the great work!

I have recently installed the app and so far the process of integration and use has been seamless. Irvin and the support team were very prompt and helpful in their responses, which is always good. My favorite part of the app is how easy it is to customize the UI. Look forward to my experience with Yotpo.

Yotpo is a great company; we use them for customer review syndication to walmart.com and subscription models on our website. We had a loyal customer upset because of our mistake, and Roland was able to walk me through the process, providing a freshly captured video and screenshots. He also confirmed my coupon settings were correct, and it worked. Excellent service, outstanding support, and amazing employees.

So far I give this a 5 star because I just set up my first subscription so will see how it goes. However, it is so easy to set up and when I hit a snag Roland in the chat was super helpful. So far so good!
