Fantastic Support Department, especially Jo. She was responsive, kind, and had great empathy for small business owners and the struggles they face. I reviewed over 40 subscription service software/app providers and Yotpo is the best. I recommend you try them out today!

Been on the support with YOTPO a few times now, and the whole support team is amazing. Next level assistance, as they really take the time to solve your problem instead just trying to give you copy/ paste answers

Einfache Installation und flexible Handhabung in den Sections der Product Detail Seite. Alle notwendigen Einstellungen sind da. Die Pläne sind logisch aufgebaut. Bin sehr zufrieden. Auch ein Lob an den Support, ein kleines Übersetzungsproblem wurde ruck zuck gefixt.
Wir freuen uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie eine gute Erfahrung gemacht haben und schätzen Ihr Feedback sehr :)

For everyone looking for a subscription solution, this app is without a doubt THE BEST possible solution. After testing and comparing with other apps I can say that Yotpo has the best conversion rate on subscriptions of them all. And even more importantly, their team is amazing and they go the extra mile to help a customer. In this case I must mention Rachel, without hers and the developer's team help I would've been force to use some other solution. (because of integration issues I had with my funnel builder) Thank you very much and keep up the amazing work, you have a big future!

The team @ Yotpo is Very Professional! I'm so happy to find them, any work or modifications to be done it's double checked and verified via email and that is a "+". the subscription widgets to choose from are amazing, 'Tiled' was the choice that was made. So far my experience with Yotpo has been outstanding. They really do want to see my store be successful and they continually roll out new features that make sense. The best thing about using a Yotpo product is the customer service and help. Seriously, I don't feel like just an open support ticket. I feel like a person, a business owner... Their excitement for my success is unmatched by any other service I use currently.

I switched from Assemble Subscriptions. Yotpo's support was terrific! They migrated all my subscription customers and plans in a day. They even customized the widget to my store without my having to ask and I couldn't be happier. Looking forward to working with Yotpo for a long time! Caroline's Dream

Easy to install and add new products as time goes on. Is visually simple and pleasing as well. Would recommend. Very friendly support from Alex.

Very nice subscription app. Uncluttered design that loads quickly. Customer service was very helpful, responsive and patient in getting the subscription widget to function with my modal cart. 5 stars.

I just signed up for the app and was having some trouble started. Jiemer John P was such a help to diagnose the issue. After it was resolved, I still was not seeing the subscriptions on my website. He made the suggestion to use a different browser and yup, that was the issue. Thanks so much. I am really excited to be using this service.

I am so happy I chose to start using the Yotpo app. It was so easy to get up and running and I got my first subscription within 24 hours.
