Great customer service and have sent replacement or refunds for any items that showed up unsatisfactory. I make sure to tell my customers up front how long their order may take as some were 3 to 4 weeks. They can decide if they want to wait that long. Items I've gotten are great quality. Excited to use them for some more items.

Very responsive team. I have yet to see product quality. They are on the way Just got the products and the quality is excellent. However the polyester fabric they used for one of the shirts is heavy and better suited for jackets.

Great platform, the cotton products are good, but I wish there were more cotton products available. Customer service is very prompt.

It's challenging to get orders to sync from shopify. Even using manual sync. I've tried deleting a product from my site and re-pushing from Yoycol, it's still won't recognize orders.

Then we will let our professional system support team check for you, please don't worry And because we tested and asked our other shopify users, there is no problems with our order syncing, it might be some options that you forget to choose, could you please kindly check the store setting page→syncing setting firstly , the steps we already sent to your email too ~ BR Yoycol support team
