Yoycol has been a delight to work with so far. I have placed a few orders with them including a very large order. Their customer service has been nothing but excellent. So far, every product received has been excellent quality and my customers have been very impressed. My only criticism is the 3D mockups would be great if they were available on all products and higher quality. Apart from this, the physical product plus customer service has been great.

I have been using Yoycol for over two years. Love their products, good mock-ups for advertising, and despite the tumult in international logistics over that period have had zero issues with deliveries. Great customer service and have sent replacement or refunds for any items that showed up unsatisfactory. I make sure to tell my customers up front how long their order may take as some were 3 to 4 weeks. They can decide if they want to wait that long. Items I've gotten are great quality. Excited to use them for some more items.

Very responsive team. I have yet to see product quality. They are on the way Just got the products and the quality is excellent. However the polyester fabric they used for one of the shirts is heavy and better suited for jackets.

It's challenging to get orders to sync from shopify. Even using manual sync. I've tried deleting a product from my site and re-pushing from Yoycol, it's still won't recognize orders.

I have been working with Yoycol for several years now and I think they are really super-great!!! This is first and foremost because they offer high quality products no one else is willing to take on - for example, all over print cotton tee shirts, all over print cotton dresses, a number of high quality down puffer jackets and vests, all over print velvet items - that is just a sampling of the huge variety of products they offer - they also offer some great shoes and accessories and home decor items. Beyond that, their support is super-helpful and pleasant to work with. I work closely with Eleven on various items and he and all the rest of the support team are really great. They handle all my problems very quickly and professionally. Their 3D modeling design system is the most advanced I've run across. I researched around 600 produce on demand sites to find products for my shop and Yoycol are definitely and by a substantial amount, number 1. I very highly recommend them!!!

I was very impressed with the samples I received. Quality of sewing was very good. So are the materials, very soft. Customer service is amazing! I dealt with an agent called Eleven who was very helpful. Sadly, shipping is too high for me.

Unprofessional and Scam. they package things very purly, stuff arrives in wrong sizes, damaged, 6 -8 weeks later and sometimes not at all. The customer service is chines and not helpful at all. yoycol messed up an important order and harmed my business. they also let me pay for items that were never shipped and refuse to pay that back. Stay away from this chinese fraud!!!

Yoycol is fantastic to this brand-new Shopify seller. The design interface is very easy to use, even for a burgeoning designer. Customer service has been nothing short of amazing in their personalized support of my efforts to create a viable drop-ship platform. Nico, an agent I reached via Yoyocol's customer service chat, has held my hand throughout the entire process of setting up shipping options & tax info. You can't beat that!

So far so good! I launched my business almost a month ago and have had several orders not only for myself, but from customers as well. Shipping does take awhile with Economy shipping, but the quality of the items is pretty awesome! I have ordered several clothing items for men, women, kids, and pets and they have all been great.

I recently had the displeasure of interacting with Yoycol's customer service team, and I must say that my experience left much to be desired. It is unfortunate to have to share such a negative experience, but I believe it's important for potential customers to be aware of the issues I encountered. The first major problem I encountered was the lack of competence among the customer service representatives, particularly individuals named Eleven, Chara, and YoYo. It was evident that they were ill-equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively. They often seemed confused and unable to provide clear and helpful responses. Furthermore, when I requested to speak with a manager, I received a response from someone claiming to be the "Manager of Yoycol customer support team." However, it soon became apparent that this was just a pseudonym used to avoid addressing the issues I raised. This lack of transparency was highly unprofessional. Another significant issue was their group communication page, which was supposed to be managed by YoYo. Unfortunately, YoYo's handling of this page left much to be desired. Half the time, my questions were completely ignored, leaving me frustrated and unheard. In summary, my experience with Yoycol's customer service (Eleven and Chara)was extremely disappointing. The incompetence of their representatives, the lack of transparency with managerial roles, and the inadequate handling of group communication all contributed to a frustrating and unsatisfactory customer service experience. I hope that Yoycol takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements to their customer service department to ensure that future customers do not have to endure the same frustrations that I did.

Do not use this app. I have an order that has been 22 days in "production" and have send every day of the last 12 days messages but they do not help you or follow-up. They are still not willing to refund my order. Please avoid at all cost or have extremely unreliable production with no help from their customer service.
