We've been consistently impressed with Yuma. The danger with using AI for CX is always hallucinations. Their approach of building bots for specific use cases and limiting the amount of knowledge the AI can ingest for any given situation has driven unbelievably high accuracy. Some of our bots are consistently hitting 98% quality, which I've never seen another AI tool deliver. CSAT results are the same as our full team, at 4.7+. Their support team is remarkable. Any and all requests or features we've asked for have been built and set up in weeks. The team is very communicative and very easy to reach via Slack and/or email. They are proactive, often bringing suggestions to our team on how to improve our customer experience. Run, don't walk towards working with them!

Thanks to Yuma, we are closing 30% of our tickets without any human interaction, with 70% to 80% of customers satisfied. It also allowed us to create advance auto pilots in order to make automatic changes in Shopify. It is saving us time daily and we are very happy with the results so far.

Yuma has helped us significantly during periods of extremely high demand, providing great support for our customers and streamlining service at times when a quick response is crucial. Additionally, the attention from Nour, coordinating calls to clear up doubts and add new processes, is always excellent and super attentive. We are very happy with Yuma!

The support team is outstanding — very responsive and always attentive to our needs. Special shoutout to Nour, who is always going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. They genuinely take our recommendations into account and implement them. They have a real continuous improvement mindset, which is highly appreciated. In terms of performance, with proper setup and time investment, you can realistically aim for 50% full automation and 60-70% partial automation, with a very solid quality level. On top of email responses, Yuma also handles ancillary tasks like retrieving data from external documents (Google Sheets, etc.) and modifying orders, which adds a lot of value.

Yuma is the best AI customer service tool around. It has saved our team so much time and the capabilities are amazing. Way better than any other AI tool which we tested. These include Gladly, Gorgias AI, etc.
