This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on Shopify. The APP itself is great,the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered from all the Shopify APPS. Hands down. They take a very long time to respond, and even when they do, they provide minimal assistance.

Advice after using it for three months! Overcharging, for example, for a product priced at $54.99, paying through their template-integrated PayPal payment page results in receiving only $50 or $54, and the remaining change is wiped out. The payment page is not smooth, for example, the buyer's payment will keep repeating the previous page. Using their so-called PayPal express checkout function, after the buyer's payment, the Shopify backend orders won't display (the feature is quite useless!). The overall template is not smooth, and it's not as silky as they claim!

Zalify is the most high-end independent website template I have ever used. It maximizes user experience. Every detail is thought of customer needs. very good. Especially their customer service is very attentive. satisfy! Highly recommended!
Have tried this app and is super satisfied with it. It is a multi-function integrated app. The theme from this app is AMAZING and helps the shop increase conversion rate a lot. The ability to upload videos is an added advantage, and the best part is, there functionalities do not slow down your website! Their support is also professional and fast-answered. I highly recommend you try the app zalify!
This plug-in has very complete functions and the service is very good. The templates included are very easy to use. The experience during use is very good.
The most pathetic customer service is from this app. They donot reply, do not read msgs properly nor help you. Especially Zoe. Useless support & pathetic experience.

Their customer support is excellent, and their theme features are quite comprehensive. Compared to Shopify's free templates, it offers better usability and functionality.
Very good plugin, I've been using it for a few months now. The proprietary templates and abandonment salvage are the highlights of it! Highly recommended!
The people who develop templates are very good. I can build a website independently as a novice, and there are very good customer service staff who can provide one-on-one guidance.
Zalify Pixels, Popups & Emails is one of the best plug-ins I've ever used, they created their own templates, as well as a variety of unique details of the functionality is very good, while also supporting the email function, can greatly reduce the switch between the various plug-ins, the customer service response time is 24 hours a day, a very timely response to my questions, which is one of the plug-ins I most recommend!
I used this app for our website 3 months ago, and I'm so glad that I did. It was easy to use and quite customizable. I was able to change the navigation, images, and text to best fill my needs. The code associated with the template was also very organized and easy to understand. I also love how responsive it was to different devices. Great app! Highly recommend!

The features like pixel data tracking, newsletter popup, automated welcome email, abandoned cart recovery email and the high converting shopify theme have saved me so much time and helped me increase my store's revenue. I would definitely recommend Zalify!
I recently switched to Zalify for my Shopify store and it has been nothing short of spectacular. From the high converting Shopify theme to the automated welcome email and even the abandoned cart recovery email, the marketing and growth features have been absolutely game-changing. The ability to track pixel data and use the newsletter popup for customers was an added bonus that really took my store to the next level. Highly recommend Zalify for any Shopify store.
