This is genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had with an app on Shopify. I accidentally caused an issue on my end, and the support team went above and beyond to not only fix it, but to do so quickly and kindly. This isn’t the first time I’ve needed help—and both times, their support was exceptional. They’re fast, helpful, and truly care about making things right for the user. It's rare to find a team so committed to customer satisfaction. Beyond the support, the app itself is fantastic. It’s powerful, flexible, and makes customizations easy—especially for those of us running more personalized stores. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs both functionality and a support team that actually has your back.

Love it, we had this idea where we wanted people to send us a picture for us to print on their tins, and it was a mess asking at checkout to send it via email etc etc. when i found out about product options, where you can simply upload the pic on the pdp!? amazing. great work again from the zapiet team.

This app does exactly what it says it will do, and interfaces well with Zapiet Pickup & Delivery. I needed some help and Kitty was fantastic to work with.

Downloaded the app to use and try, had some issues in the beginning, and since have loved the app. They went out of their way to create and release the toggle option and was operational within 2 weeks. They've gone over the top to make our shop work seamlessly with other apps, especially their sister app - Zapiet Pickup and Delivery. I am hopeful they get a bulk add option when you need to add a bunch of options. Excited to see what other options they come up with in the future.
