This is the best app we have used so far, it is easy to integrate and takes no time at all to set up. It has improved our customer service tenfold since we started using it. I would highly recommend it to any business wanting to organise and improve their communication with their customers.

This app has been great! It's reliable and provides the information our team needs to quickly assist customers. Instead of manually entering customer details in Shopify's portal this integration allows us to click/open customers' orders directly from Zendesk tickets. This shortcut has reduced our overall time to response and is a win in my books because of that.

Hugely helpful and time saving when answering support emails. Gives a quick overview of who the customer is, how much they've spent, and lets you go straight to their info within Shopify from within Zendesk. Would love to see tracking info included in future versions. Overall very happy with the app and would go crazy without it.

Zendesk support and chat are essential for our site, as they allow us to support our customers efficiently. The implementation is super easy.

I love the integration. It's really helpful to have the Shopify information right there for you to access and the link to it is the bomb. I use it all the time. The only thing I wish you could see is the tracking/shipping information as well. Not a dealbreaker by any means though. Thanks guys!

Very happy with App. Installed easily with our Shopify store. Customer service is great, and ZenDesk seems to be scalable for a a wide range of businesses...

This app is the best for keeping all our customer emails and inquiries in one place rather than bombarding an email address. I love being able to look up the history when a customer returns with more questions. Also appreciate that our agents can have a conversation internally prior to replying.

Gets straight to the heart of the customers data in Zendesk. One click and your in the Shopify order. Loads fast, is reliable. We love it and makes our NBS Helpdesk team much happier!

Zendesk is by far the best customer service platform out there. It makes the job of replying to customer service requests quick and easy. The Shopify integration allows you to easily see all previous orders placed by the customer. It also shows the fulfillment status of the order, and provides you with a link to open the order in Shopify. If you use Zendesk, this app is a Must!.
