Today, I had a question about an old order that never went out. I thought the order was cancelled, however, it was just hanging out in the wind. I contacted Zendrop and spoke with Harvey. He was able to assist me right away to get things fixed. We were able to get the order once again, moving toward going to the customer. I appreciate him taking the time to hear my complete story and then working accordingly. That's great teamwork!
