It’s definitely challenging to compete when the product pricing is significantly higher than what customers can find elsewhere. Whenever I find an item I’m interested in selling, I do a Google search to compare pricing, and I often see competitors offering the same or very similar products for 20–30% less. That makes it difficult to price competitively while still maintaining a reasonable margin. Edit 6/12/26: thanks for replying back. Must have app for dropshippers. Using Zendrop feels like a whole team is there backing you up. The migration tools make it very easy to get started and from there, it just works.

Openning the app. It auto set me one product to the list that not exists, so I can not delete. I can't cancell the subscription due I have this misterious product imported and they forced the subscription and setted without consent. what the fuck. I don't even uses this app, I just was looking around

Zendrop has been really easy for me to use as a beginner in dropshipping. I can quickly find and import products into my Shopify store, and it automatically handles fulfillment, shipping, and tracking for me. The dashboard is simple and not overwhelming, which made it easy for me to get started without much experience. It has helped me focus more on selling and marketing instead of worrying about logistics.

Very Poor unaccountable customer service. I will revise my review once They do anything to resolve the poor platform experience, or will drop them and update this withe the continued lack of care they provide their customers.

Was scammed out of $300+ even though I wasn't even using the app. Definitely DO NOT recommend using them as a supplier!!

During setup and adding products to the Shopify store, if you see that some of the products are sold out, this has been caused by a sync issue between Shopify and Zendrop inventory updates. Zendrop staff are very professional and helpful; they responded quickly to help to solve the problems. I rated them 4/5 stars. Keep up your good works!

I really want to say that even though a majority of my experience was through AI it was good, however it was way better when I spoke with anlibe agent. Recommendations 1. Get a telephone number that we can call into and speak with a live agent. Trying to explain everything by text or chat is very difficult.Especially if you're having real issues. 2. Live Chat is great, however, it would be so much better if we talked to an agent right away versus AI it would have gone a lot faster. The agent i did speak to was absolutely wonderful.she was so kind, patient, and gave grace to someone who is new and trying to understand the processes. I think zendrop have so far been a good partner and instrumental in helping me grow. Though the timezone difference can be challenging at times for us in the southern hemisphere at the bottom of the world, it is still workable, their approach to freight and problem solving in challenging times has this far been great.
