Well it's great to have a platform that is a good as people say. I did go through AutoDs and had a few big problems with the platform and decided to leave it. Friends recommended me Zendrop by it's smooth and personalized platform. And IT HAS helped Building my store so far and more

Item was originally said to be higher in price then it was listed as ,but they offered to do one at that price.Then it was considered out of stock. Had to refund my customer and lost money.

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Zendrop. For 3 weeks, product variants haven’t imported correctly into Shopify, even with a premium theme. I couldn’t find a solution through Zendrop’s support or resources, and it has cost me a lot of time. I hope this issue is addressed soon, as it’s been very disappointing.

This site can be complicated, and I've had problems with it connecting to Shopify, but once it's established, it works great! The product summaries and prices are super easy to edit to fit my store's needs. The support team and AI at Zendrop are super useful. I'm using the free version now, but if my store gets big enough, I would consider using the paid version.

Zendrop is main platform for me to select products. But I still hope Zendrop can do a good job in supplier management, especially in terms of inventory. When I just sent an order to notify Zendrop to ship, but received an email informing me that they're out of stock

Zendrop is easy to use and customer support is very responsive. Pricing is comparable to CJdropshipping, and their academy is helpful for learning how to run a store. Overall, a reliable supplier.

[UPDATE: RESOLVED] – Initial Fulfillment Failure Handled Professionally LATEST UPDATE (April 2026): I am updating this review because the Zendrop support team reached out and handled the initial failure with absolute professionalism. They didn't make excuses; they worked it out in a way that respects the speed and standards of a high-output brand. While the initial fulfillment was a disaster, the account management and recovery was 5-star. They proved they are a partner that will stand behind their service when things go wrong. If you are a Founder, stay on top of your quality control, but trust that this team will have your back. ORIGINAL REVIEW: DO NOT USE FOR HIGH-END BRANDS - 30 DAY "GARBAGE BAG" SHIPPING. I am building an elite NYC pet brand (Petcetera™) and ordered the "Executive Manor" bed for my mascot, Noodles, to assess quality. It was a complete failure. SHIPPING: 30 days to New York. PACKAGING: Arrived as a taped-up ball of black plastic. No box. QUALITY: Flat and lumpy. This is a brand killer for anyone promising "Premium" quality.

I can say that till now, I had just good experiences with this app and the support is amazing!! They literally got in touch with me just after 2 hours and solved any problem I had with kindness and availability. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to start dropshipping or ecommerce

Zendrop is a reliable partner with easy to handle app, perfectly synced with Shopify, intelligent product search, good quality products and effective and polite support team. I like the AI support in various fields, too.

Worst experience since day 1. I was testing produced boom l am charged $57. I have no funds to pay for what l did not expect and l am not going to allow yoh take my money like that. Payment keep bouncing back, AI helpdesk said l must de-link the products so system will not take my funds but it keep updating the nexg scheduled day to take my funds. I am pissed of. I have debit orders that l must pay with my bank and now zendrop is greedy for nothing

I' have never had a problem with Zendrop, as a matter of fact I've had a very good experience with these guys. The course modules were unexpected and very helpful, so were the lessons. The customer service, Tessa, Patty, ZDAI, and others were extremely helpful and very responsive. They also have a resource hub, which is Great. All in All I give a very good recommending. I would recommend.
