they charge me 25eur for downloading i even dont have bought their plan and nothing!!!! i removed this app right after installing, and still they have charge me!!!! im gonna fix it with shopiy support, 100%

I am shocked to see the monthly billing of around $29 for 3 consecutive months even before I could utilize the service of Zendrop! I thought I would be charged only if I set up my shop on Shopify and link my products. When the shop has not been set and there aint any single product on it, why is Zendrop charging me and what for? I request Zendrop to refund the money back asap.

The app used to be good before a couple years ago. However, this app is currently so bad and unrecommendable! After receiving order, you may be shocked that the product unexpectedly went out of stock or its price went crazily high similar to the overall prices that went our crazily and cannot be competitive anymore! The orders usually take long time to reach the customer although noticeably for product that are said to be shipping from the US while they obviously are not. According to a bad practice with them, the company may remove the app from your Shopify store and damage your related setups and cancel your subscription at any time for false and unclear reason without providing further details and without refunding your annual membership fees you paid them upfront, and also without refunding order credits you accumulated on the app! (By the way, you usually cannot utilize more than 10% of your order credits towards any order). The app is a complete mess and harm to business and a waste of money!

I recently encountered an issue with a product listing that confused one of my customers. At first, I was very frustrated, but the Zendrop team handled the situation with real professionalism and care. They not only provided a full refund for the order but also went above and beyond by adding credits to my account and upgrading my subscription at no additional cost. It’s clear that Zendrop values its sellers and is committed to improving their service. Mistakes can happen in any business, but what matters is how they’re handled, and in my case, Zendrop showed that they truly care about their partners. I’m confident continuing to build my store with Zendrop, knowing they’ve got my back.

The Customer Support is amazingly helpful when it comes to answering questions. Some advice I would give to people using them is to have all your questions available in advice, so they know everything they need to ask the supplier. This way you get all your information at one time.

This app had a lot of potential, but it's hard to make any profit now. Every time a customer wants a refund, Zendrop doesn't refund the product the you. Which means you lose money every time someone asks for a refund. As they can't send the order back to the supplier, since it's in China, which would take a lot of time and money. Sending it to myself isn't ideal either, because that destroys the whole purpose of dropshipping, + shipping costs aren't worth it considering the original prices of the products. Besides that, the customer service isn't great either, you're talking to people that don't speak English and use a translator, and can't get anything done since they don't work at Zendrop at all, but just answer basic questions, so they don't have any rights or tools to do anything.

Amazing customer service and app! I have been using Zendrop for the past year, my queries are always answered by their team on their online chat, products are of very high quality and seamless integration with Shopify. I'm able to fulfil items automatically for my customers as well as for TikTok Shop. I was using another dropshipping app previously but have fully transitioned over to using just Zendrop now because of the high standard you get with them. Would highly recommend.
