Zendrop has been a plasent experience specifically the private agent program. I believe this is the best private agent experience you can get. Custom pricing, bulk orders, fulfillment method flexibility, different carrier options, and options like custom packaging make Zendrop the absolute best.

As a brand-new Shopify store owner preparing for launch, I’ve had a lot of moving parts to manage - and Zendrop has been extremely helpful during this learning curve. When I ran into a supplier/sync issue with one of my early orders, their support team responded quickly, took the situation seriously, and followed through with clear communication and updates. They were transparent about what happened, confirmed the shipment status, issued the refund correctly, and reassured me that they’re monitoring my SKU going forward. What I appreciate most is that Zendrop didn’t dismiss the issue - they treated it professionally and stepped in to help resolve it, which matters a lot when you’re in the early days of building trust with customers. No platform is perfect, but what makes a difference is how fast and how well the team supports you when challenges happen - and Zendrop has shown up for me when it counted. Nina, Mariane, Shawn and everyone else who has helped me with issues or just questions in general have been very responsive and helpful! It would be nice if Zendrop's product search had an image search feature. This would make it much easier to find products.

Switching to Zendrop has easily been the best decision I have made for my business! Other fulfilment apps simply do not compare to the ease and support of Zendrop. It is incredibly easy to use and their private agent network is incredibly sufficient for my business, someone is always there to help with any issue that I may have and sort it straight away, as well as business planning and finding new products. I like the whole idea of Zendrop! They're open in their policies and they let you know what you need to know ahead of time and if you have any issues with anything they're right there customer service is a blast and they're very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a thumbs up so I think you should too!

I have had a good experience using zendrop. Most of my orders arrive pretty quickly for international shipping. The response time from support is also very quick and they are helpful when questions come up. Would definitely recommend.
