It seems like I know how it works so far. However, my order still in review for a while and telling me there must be a replay to an email to confirm a shipping address. I have confirmed the address at Shopify not through email I haven't received an email of a confirmation request by you. This is the email I received and another one for updating a product price. Please let me know.

The customer service was great, when I didn't understand that I was racking up billing for the service that I didn't use, they promptly refunded and were polite and timely with their response. I will definitely use them when I feel more ready!

This dropshipping app is great! They literally give you the products to sell when you launch your online store. You just have to connect your store with the products, and then get paid for them. They ship everything your customer orders. You don't have to worry about having merchandise at your house, they are the supplier and ship everything! I think this app is awesome. I recommend you start the free 3 day trial on the beginner plan so you can access the Zendrop Academy to learn how to do everything. Before they bill you, you can downgrade your plan to the free plan option by disconnecting all your products from your store, and then they don't bill your first month. You DO have to have Shopify to run your store, so download and sign up for it FIRST. Good luck with your new journey building your first store!

This is an edit of a previous 3-star rating I gave Zendrop. They responded to my previous review asking what they could do. After explaining about the test orders that had not been delivered, they refunded my payments for them. They have shown they really do have great customer service. I also took a 5-day video course through them and learned a lot of helpful tips and how to made ads with AI, etc so I have started advertising on social media and adding more trending products to my stores. My expectations are realistic, I think, in terms of increasing traffic and sales and it is great to know that the drop shipper you choose stands behind their products and service.

I had an unexpected billing issue and reached out to Zendrop support. Mariane from the support team was fantastic — she reviewed my account quickly, issued a full refund of every charge, and confirmed my plan was canceled so there'd be no further billing.
