I really want to say that even though a majority of my experience was through AI it was good, however it was way better when I spoke with anlibe agent. Recommendations 1. Get a telephone number that we can call into and speak with a live agent. Trying to explain everything by text or chat is very difficult.Especially if you're having real issues. 2. Live Chat is great, however, it would be so much better if we talked to an agent right away versus AI it would have gone a lot faster. The agent i did speak to was absolutely wonderful.she was so kind, patient, and gave grace to someone who is new and trying to understand the processes. I had difficulty with the products I added to my Shopify store via Zendrop, as the products showed "unavailable" when they were actually in stock. I contacted Jobelle, Zendrop customer service, and the assistance was top-notch. I recommend Zendrop to anyone who appreciates top-notch customer support.

I think zendrop have so far been a good partner and instrumental in helping me grow. Though the timezone difference can be challenging at times for us in the southern hemisphere at the bottom of the world, it is still workable, their approach to freight and problem solving in challenging times has this far been great. Recommended as a partner.
