Zendrop has been one of the easiest dropshipping fulfillment platforms to work with. The platform is beginner-friendly, fast to set up, and makes product importing simple. The automated order fulfillment saves a lot of time, especially when managing multiple products or scaling ads. Customer support has been responsive, and the dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. If you're building a Shopify dropshipping store and want a more reliable fulfillment partner, Zendrop is definitely worth considering.

I had difficulty with the products I added to my Shopify store via Zendrop, as the products showed "unavailable" when they were actually in stock. I contacted Jobelle, Zendrop customer service, and the assistance was top-notch. I recommend Zendrop to anyone who appreciates top-notch customer support.

I think zendrop have so far been a good partner and instrumental in helping me grow. Though the timezone difference can be challenging at times for us in the southern hemisphere at the bottom of the world, it is still workable, their approach to freight and problem solving in challenging times has this far been great. Recommended as a partner.

I have been setting up my Shopify store and ZenDrop when I have time in between my full time job and although I am watching videos, I have gotten confused on steps. I appreciate not having to figure out how to approve the sale and reach out to the supplier like other platforms. Im not very tech savvy so it being an automatic thing is absolutely amazing!

The sync between Zendrop and Shopify can be an issue. My particular problem related to all my products showing as sold out although there was Inventory. Through the guidance of Zendrop and Shopify, we were able to resolve this. Shopify directed me step by step in the Online store editor. I had to basically highlight the lines that had the wrong prompts and just copy and paste in the correct ones. I could not have done this without the assistance of both Zendrop and Shopify as they really care about your Store and are extremely helpful in finding a resolution. Huge shoutout to Jo Anne Larga and the Zendrop support team! I had an unexpected billing issue while setting up my store and accidentally triggered a monthly charge. Jo was incredibly responsive, explained exactly how the billing worked, and processed my full refund the moment it cleared. It is rare to find customer service this efficient and understanding. Great platform for finding products to source at great prices. They handle all details with the supplier so you can focus on sales! I had a couple problems with orders but their support team was phenomenal and got my shipments out on time WITH my Branded thank you card! You'll love it over here!
