We have been working with Zendrop for several years. They have always been very helpful They are always very polite and knowledgeable. Zendrop has consolidated my inventory and shipping needs, Helping my business to grow. Zendrop helps me when there are any supplier issues and they keep me aware of any issues. They always help me to resolve any issues that arise. I am very satisified with Zendrop. I highly recommend Zendrop, you will be too if you give them a try.

I can say that till now, I had just good experiences with this app and the support is amazing!! They literally got in touch with me just after 2 hours and solved any problem I had with kindness and availability. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to start dropshipping or ecommerce

Zendrop is a reliable partner with easy to handle app, perfectly synced with Shopify, intelligent product search, good quality products and effective and polite support team. I like the AI support in various fields, too.

Worst experience since day 1. I was testing produced boom l am charged $57. I have no funds to pay for what l did not expect and l am not going to allow yoh take my money like that. Payment keep bouncing back, AI helpdesk said l must de-link the products so system will not take my funds but it keep updating the nexg scheduled day to take my funds. I am pissed of. I have debit orders that l must pay with my bank and now zendrop is greedy for nothing

I' have never had a problem with Zendrop, as a matter of fact I've had a very good experience with these guys. The course modules were unexpected and very helpful, so were the lessons. The customer service, Tessa, Patty, ZDAI, and others were extremely helpful and very responsive. They also have a resource hub, which is Great. All in All I give a very good recommending. I would recommend.

I had an issue with an order that was delivered to the wrong address due to a courier mistake, even though the customer had entered the correct details. It took some back and forth to resolve, but Juan from customer support was extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand the situation, liaised with the internal team, and helped get a refund approved. Really appreciate his support and responsiveness in getting this sorted!!!

Zendrop has been great. I have been watching their recorded videos to learn more about Dropshipping, which have been tremendously helpful in both setting up my Shopify store, adding products, preparing to run ads, and learning how to get organic traffic. I requested that a product be added to Zendrop and the product was added very quickly. They reached out to me promptly when a product was out of stock and offered a very similar item instead. I am very happy with Zendrop so far.

its an amazing portal to have great products for the dropship business. Just a suggestion can you also add the tab that would show the fast moving product that I have added in my product list.

The app is good, and my challenges are that the prices of the products in my shop are extremely high, and when I add 30% again, this goes up, and this will make customers not to buy from my shop. I really need help; for the past 30 days i have not made a single sale.

I have been using the Free version since late January and have not had one issue with Zendrop. They are very helpful when I ask questions within the app and it is very easy to add items to my Shopify store which is great. I like that there are so many options to choose from and you can see how well they sell and in what area of the country also. Makes it easier when choosing products to add to my store front in Shopify.

I just started with the Zendop app this month and I must say I would have not been able to get my store up and running without it! The personal attention that is given to help you achieve your goals is so professional and well thought out. The AI service is a plus! It gave me the peace of mind I needed. It was as if I had my own personal assistant standing there in my office. So much knowledge and great amount of patience to teach you exactly what you need to know, how to do it, and explain what the results would be. I am very grateful for this app it has taught me so much in such a short amount of time, but more importantly it offers a great and reliable service. I recommend Zendrop to every online startup business that is in need of a quality drop shipping service.
