I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Shiza, a customer service agent at ZenDrop, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. Shiza possesses outstanding listening skills, demonstrating a genuine attentiveness to every issue I raised regarding ZenDrop. I read many reviews on Trustpilot, some were bad and some were good. So I didn’t know if I really should choose Zendrop. But after subscribing to the Plus Plan using it very intensely I can say that Zendrop is really great. They offer a lot of products for good prices and ship them in under 10 Days, I tried it myself and ordered Sample Products. The support is excellent, really fast answers and competent people. What I also really like is the ability to create your own Thank you cards as well as the Print on demand feature where you can create your own designs very easily. All in all a really great solution for Dropshippers.

I initially used Zendrop to start my ecommerce journey, and once things started going well, they gave me access to a private agent and better product pricing. They're quick to respond to any issues and their customer service is outstanding. My respect to Zendrop.

I signed up for Zendrop’s free trial and used it for 2 day. Somehow the account upgraded to a paid plan without my authorization, and billing has continued/attempted even after I uninstalled the app and followed the usual cancellation steps. I tried to downgrade it back but it wouldn’t let me either which is really weird sand confusing. I reached out to Zendrop support multiple times and have not heard back, which is unacceptable when billing is involved.

The private agent is great especially my team with shahid. The only thing that needs work is that shipping time with the products is not fast at all I am getting hit with chargebacks because of this, and the pricing of the product isn’t even the lowest compared to your own separate supplier.

It’s hard to know how to get around your app. Many times I will add a product to my store but then I can’t find it in my store. It’s hard to know what my price is when your app immediately puts a crazy high rate on it after it’s in my store. You should put my price and then your crazy rate so that I can know my price so that I can decide what the retail price will be to my customers.

Initially was skeptical if Zendrop was able to handle big merchants, we ended up switching to Zendrop because we needed a partner we could trust after multiple bad experiences with other private agents. Placed an order for a single test product that cost over $40 with shipping. I was given a tracking code that when used 9 days after payment and not having received the item says that it has no info for the tracking number. When I communicated with the AI bot it kept suggesting to authorize direct contact with a tech, but wants to charge me $5 for the privilege. This was my 1st buy with them and was my test for quality, service and timeliness. Not very encouraging to use this supplier at all. It makes me sad since they were recommended.

Excellent customer service! Even though I had a billing concern during setup, their team handled it quickly and professionally and provided a solution I was satisfied with. Very beginner-friendly app with great support. I’m still in the setup phase, but the Zendrop team was responsive and helpful when I needed assistance. Highly Recommended.
