So far, they have answered every question, supported all the time promptly and have been very helpful with all possible topics. It's not been long since we started using Zendrop, but so far they seem quite promising and we are feeling quite confident in using it further. The team support is excellent, they answer immediately, clearly, if something is missing they will answer you again until every detail has been considered. They answer you with respect, with a happy mood and you do not find this implicaton everywhere, Zendrop makes the difference. My experience has been amazing and I really do recommend using the app, do not hesitate at all!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the service Zendrop has provided me. I’ve been working with them for about a year and a half, and the experience has been excellent throughout this time. I have three amazing team members from Zendrop who help me process orders, handle shipping, monitor deliveries, and quickly respond to any situation that comes up across all my stores. Zendrop is no longer reliable and not worth the cost. We ordered two smart watch samples on December 11 and followed up every 10 days. Each time, we only received automated bot replies saying staff were unavailable and would get back to us. No one did. After waiting more than a month, we finally heard back from a human agent named Jamima, who told us the Chinese vendor had quoted the wrong price and that Zendrop would simply refund the money. This is unacceptable after ignoring us for weeks. This is also the third time we’ve faced similar issues with Zendrop. We run a jewellery and gift store, and our customers order items to gift loved ones. Delays and sudden cancellations seriously damage our business. Saying “we’ll refund you” after a month of silence is not a solution. We are on the Zendrop Plus Plan, paying $545 USD per year (around $815 AUD), and the value is terrible: No proper training or support as promised Product prices are too high to make profit Still need to write our own product descriptions The $99 prebuilt AI store is very poor quality and worse,Rather I would reccomend Shopify’s free themes like Dawn or Shine Zendrop may have been good years ago, but not anymore, especially heading into 2026. Support is unreliable, vendors are inconsistent, and the service does not match what is advertised. Recommendation to the new Entrepreneurs please Avoid Zendrop. Find your own vendors or use another platform.

I want to update my review and remove my previous negative comment because I’m genuinely happy with Zendrop’s support now. Huge appreciation to Darlene for the way she handled my issue. Even though it was early in the morning, she waited for my call, listened patiently, and helped sort out all the problems I was facing. She assured me that Zendrop will support us whenever there are issues, and that really meant a lot to me. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way Darlene handled the situation was truly impressive professional, calm, and supportive. I was honestly about to switch platforms, but because of her support, I’ve decided to stay and give Zendrop another try. Customer support like this makes a big difference. I've been working with Zendrop for over a year now, and the experience has been great. They are very responsive, friendly, and quick to help with any issues that may arise. They offer a whole team to help support your business, along with a lot of extra benefits and features that most other suppliers don't. Shipping times are good, custom packaging options are available, and their pricing is much better than any other company I've worked with in the past. Highly recommend Zendrop if you're looking for a streamlined, efficient team to help your business scale.

All of there 5 star reviews are AI. This is the worst website of all time. Zendrop auto-enrolled me into a paid plan without clear notice, hid downgrade options mid-billing cycle, and required unlinking products and contacting support to cancel. The AI support agent repeatedly deflected instead of resolving the issue. Be very careful installing this app. Or just dont install it don't waste your money and time.

I joined the Private Agent Program at an insane time in my business, we grew 1000%+ over a single month and the team helped us get all of our orders out on time with very few issues, of course things happen but they were always great in replacing any defective orders etc, and of course the pricing they get you with The PA program is nice as well, would definetly reccomend.
