Ultra Me review for Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

I've found this company almost impossible to work with effectively. If there are too many variations I can't import them into Shopify, and the alternative is so time consuming. You would think Zendrop could create a simple download CSV file for easy manipulation and management of imports. I've run into a ton of technical glitches where things don't work like they are supposed to. I added products that were supposedly fulfilled by Zendrop to my shop, but when it's time to fulfill the orders I'm told I have to link the product, but the link product button doesn't work. I've tried several ways to get help, but it's all AI bots now and all I get are instructions given in the chatbot but there is no way to talk to a live person. Also, the instructions I was given with the "self help" article didn't work. But again, no way to actually talk to someone. The only way I can talk to a real person and that is if there is really a person on the other end is through email, so even though I have orders I need fulfilled there is no way to fulfill them and there is no one I can talk to about fulfilling them. If Zendrop is a real company, they need to keep real people available to answer questions when we need them answered. I had such high hopes, but with so many issues, and no support, I'll have to find another dropshipper who actually feels the need to take care of their customers when help is needed.
