Zendrop charged me twice for the Plus plan and then downgraded my account to Zero. I received no features I paid for. Support ignored me until it was “too late” to refund. I was promised benefits and got nothing. Terrible support, broken billing system.
We’re truly sorry for the experience you’ve had — this is not the level of service we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this must be. We’ll reach out to you right away to investigate what happened, address the billing issue, and do everything we can to make things right.

Today, Merjerrie assisted me with my questions and concerns, came to my rescue, and helped me solve the problem. I am very grateful for her support, especially since we are under much work pressure. Krisnalyn also helped by quickly reporting the issue. Thank you so much to the entire team!
