We installed zendrop to have a look at the products and fulfilmment options. The app did not offer too many products in our niche, so we uninstalled again. To close the account we had to contact support, the replies were super fast and the follow up was amazing. Very good support. Shiza Latif was extra proactive in following up our topics. Thank you.

Zendrop offers a wide variety of products. However, if you are selling on Amazon, be aware of the handling time, as Zendrop operates independently and delays may affect your Amazon fulfillment.

My experience with (Jo) has been more than satisfactory. I had a problem recovering my Zendrop account, and they recovered it perfectly for me. Now I can operate with their free plan and work with the Auto Fulfilment plan in the future

I LIke Zendrop. I have tried and still use a few other dropship suppliers but I have had the best experience with Zendrop. I think any criticisms levelled at them are universal to all the dropshippers (processing and shipping times, refund policies etc). Personally I find their customer service very helpful and responsive.Also, for us, linking products to our store is easier on Zendrop than any others we have used.

My experience is horrible with zendrop Just started my dropshipping and got the 1 year subscription and response is slow. My first order is too late even after 6 days and it's not shipped. Support is slow and no one is following up. This is the worst decision I made to go with zendrop and im not gonna continue or use them again.

Zendrop has been a game changer for my Shopify business. Their team is extremely responsive, professional, and always on point whenever I need help with fulfillment, tracking updates, customer issues, or product questions. What I like most is how fast their support is — they actually solve problems instead of giving generic replies. The platform is easy to use, orders process smoothly, and it’s helped me scale up my store a lot faster than I expected. My experience with Zendrop has been a mix, but ultimately better than it first appeared. Much appreciation to Darlene and the support team for helping me navigate the platform and resolve my concerns. The interface is easy to use, products are simple to import, and support stepped in when I had a billing issue. I received a refund along with additional account assistance, which showed they’re willing to make things right. That said, billing cycles and app charges can be a bit confusing, especially if you’re newer to dropshipping. Keeping a close eye on subscriptions and invoices is important. Once I communicated with support, things improved quickly. If you’re thinking about using the platform, stay organized with billing and don’t hesitate to ask questions early. The tools are solid, you just need to stay proactive

Great app as it allows sourcing for products outside of their menu item as well, which is very helpful. Navigation in the app is also easy. Overall, it was a great experience, would definitely recommend it.

It's not worth it!! The support is terrible and slow. They don't know there own theme! Forget chatting with a human, they never respond, its always the chat bot. After a day or two you get a mail asking a simple question and you are back to waiting another day. Standard answers like, it's on Shopify's side or its the browser cash is the answer to 50% of all issues. And I haver had many issues, and very simple as well. For two weeks I have asked how to change the color of the main menu!! The shipping time is not even close to what they promise. And I ship only to US. There is no flexibility what so ever on sourcing products. The sizing is not that exact.

Zendrop customer service team is extremely knowledgeable, I have been working with Tessa, who have been very helpful, polite, and patient. I hope Zendrop knows how valuable she is. There have not been an issue, that she was unable to help me with. Zendrop is new user friendly but you still need to do you do diligence to understand the processes of Zendrop. Thank you Tessa for all your help. I am very grateful.

Received great customer service when it came to my subscriptions. The issue was resolved promptly and I was given a clear understanding of the resolution. Zendrop customer service agents were extremely helpful.

Without a doubt, Zendrop is the best fulfillment service ever in the ecom space. I was already satisfied with Zendrop before joining the Private Agent program so naturally everything elevated once I did join. Their team is extremely professional and on top of everything from answering my questions to fulfilling my orders.
