This is the worst dropshipping app you can use. They've created a nice UI, working buttons, and they're literally preying on people. Better product prices compared to competitors, credits usable for 10% of orders... Rest assured, they're indirectly taking even more. They claim the Private Agent feature unlocks after 20 orders. That's a complete lie. You're constantly talking to AI support; you can't reach a real person unless they want you to. Orders are processed very slowly. To make matters worse, they shipped one of my orders to a different country. When I requested a refund, they refused responsibility, and when I provided proof, they didn't even respond. All of this is based on my experiences over the past month. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND this app! There are tons of alternatives; stay away from this! *I'm sure they'll try to contact me after this review, but I will never delete it; it will remain here....** **My real rating is a BIG ZERO.

Zendrop m’a simplement fait perdre près de 200 € sans fournir aucun service réel. J’ai utilisé la plateforme en pensant qu’elle m’aiderait à gérer ma logistique et mon stock. Zendrop m’a confirmé qu’ils pouvaient livrer vers mes destinations. Une fois les commandes reçues, il m’a été indiqué que la livraison n’était finalement pas possible. J’ai donc dû rembourser tous mes clients. Malgré cela, Zendrop a prélevé l’abonnement ainsi que des frais sur chaque commande, alors qu’aucun colis n’a jamais été expédié. Résultat : perte d’argent, perte de temps, aucune valeur ajoutée. À fuir. À ce stade, DSers est largement plus fiable.

Trying to get my new Shopify store open and selling products was a disaster from the start. I could not get help from Shopify because everything lead to Q & A pages that didn't have ANY of my problems on there! Long long story short Zendrop customer support actually helped me with my Shopify problem and had me connected selling products in no time at all! Hats off to Zendrop!

The worst app on earth. They deduct money from your account without your permission, and you can only stop this by permanently closing your account. Secondly, they don't offer many products, and what they do offer is probably useless. Their customer service is terrible; they terribly disrupt my work and deduct large sums from my account for subscriptions to plans I didn't choose.

Overall, my experience has been good. The platform offers useful features, and once everything was set up, it worked as expected. The subscription process was smooth, and the service provides good value. I’d also like to thank Shiza, who represents Zendrop, for the support and professionalism. I'm loving Zendrop. I did alot of research before choosing a dropshipping platform and over and over i heard that Zendrop was the best or atleast in the top 2 and I find that to be true. They have very good products, its easy to import them to you're store and fulfill the products, great customer service and they have a coaching system and an academy that literally teaches you everything you could ever need to know, not just about Zendrop but about drop shipping in general and if that's not enough, there is a community chat that is very active with people helping eachother. Did I say fantastic customer service? With all of that, I felt compelled to give a review and 5 star rating.

Dear Zendrop Support Team, I am writing regarding an order that is extremely overdue. The customer should have already received their package by now, and unfortunately, they have filed a formal complaint via email due to not receiving it. As you know, for anyone working with dropshipping, chargebacks are one of the biggest risks we face, and delays like this put my business in a very difficult position. Please, I kindly ask that you ship this order immediately. Send whatever stock, model, or substitute you may have available – but I urgently need this order dispatched without any further delay. I must also be honest about my overall experience with Zendrop so far. In the few orders I have placed: Products were often out of stock, Prices were outdated, Linked products did not accept bundles, These issues have made my experience with Zendrop frustrating and disappointing, and unfortunately this affects my customers directly. they make up policies as they please so that they don't refund you when their packages take over a month to be delivered, if you're lucky.

This is my first store with Shopify and the first App I installed and linked with my store was Zendrop. I am sharing my experience about Zendrop so other people exploring drop shopping don't fall in the same mistake. In summary avoid Zendrop in all ways possible. This app founders instead of being a partner with drop shippers they built their policies and customer support completely and purely based on making money. Their trial only 3 days. Their plans very expensive compared to other. All plans are prepaid and no partial refunds regardless of canceling your subscription. Fixed plan price from first day based of number of linked products regardless if you sell any or not. The deny fulfillment of purchased products from the store without sending detailed explanation and you have to deal with your customers who are waiting on their purchases to be shipped. Zendrop also don't have phone number for customer support, so you are stuck with tedious back and forth email communication when you have problem to solve. Finally, most of their products are very bad quality and the English description need a lot of editing before linking them into your store.

If I don't want or use the app, why are the charges added to my billing? When I use the app, it's understandable, but when I don't, why? |Worst app ever please do not install the app.

They are complete scammers. In the Plus plan, they advertise a 7-day free trial, but they charge you the full amount the moment you subscribe without giving any warning. What’s even worse is that when you contact them by email to cancel the subscription—since they never inform you about the immediate charge—no one responds at all. Now I’ll have to file complaints through every possible channel. Avoid Zendrop at all costs.

I had issues with my first order and sent in a request to resolve it. Nyka responded in time. As soon as I clarified the issue, she was on it and had it solved in 5 minutes.
