We recently made the switch to Zendrop for our dropshipping business, and honestly, we’re loving it. They’ve been incredibly helpful throughout the entire transition. Whenever we have a question, we just hit up their chat function. If it’s a specific product detail that the bot can't handle, a real person usually gets back to us that same day, which is a huge relief. Another thing we really appreciate is their recommendation to winning products. They help us a lot in researching winning products, and it really feels like they’re invested in our success. If you're looking to switch to a platform that actually provides real support, Zendrop is the one.

At first I had a hard time getting through parts of the app but then got guidance from ZenDrop support and was able to import my products. I decided to upgrade my Plan which has afforded me the guidance I need to go further. I recommend ZenDrop and look forward to continuing my journey of building my Shopify store.

I’ve been using zendrop for a while now and it has been a great experience. I truly appreciate the fact that they are very active in customer service and fix any issues as soon as possible. Not many fulfillment apps can do what they do at such a large scale. Rosie has been my account manager and she’s phenomenal.

Terrible app. Zero real customer support. Everything is ran fully by ai bots. Their POD section is just using Printful. All of their 5 star reviews are fake. Look at all the 1 star reviews and you'll see the real reviews.

I love Zendrop. This is my first foray into drop shipping and they have been so incredibly helpful. I use the chat function for any questions and if it is something pertaining to product info that the chat can't answer, I get a response from a live person, usually the same day. I also attend their live weekly workshops on topics pertaining to building a store, researching products, etc., and their live store reviews. They also provide Zendrop Academy with a huge range of videos pertaining to running a drop shipping business. Really great information and lots of help. Highly recommend.

Easy to use which is great to import products into your store, but the products that they show is not the same. I test ordered products from the store and they said they can’t send me that product as they do not have it and wanted to send me a product that is completely different. You do not know if what they show you originally is what they have, which is super dangerous and risky for the business especially when customers order and charge backs and returns begin to happen…

I installed the application yesterday and deleted it almost immediately. Despite this, I was charged $29. I attempted to find contact information for the company to get assistance or request a refund, but I was unable to locate any way to reach them. I am being charged for an app that I did not use at all. I was simply exploring different dropshipping apps to determine which one would be the best fit for me before making a decision. It is very upsetting to see this kind of business practice. As a result of this experience, I will definitely not be using this app.

Our records show that Zendrop was first installed on April 13, 2025, which activated the 3-day free trial at that time. When the app was reinstalled on February 1, the system automatically generated an invoice since the free trial had already been used previously. I read many reviews on Trustpilot, some were bad and some were good. So I didn’t know if I really should choose Zendrop. But after subscribing to the Plus Plan using it very intensely I can say that Zendrop is really great. They offer a lot of products for good prices and ship them in under 10 Days, I tried it myself and ordered Sample Products. The support is excellent, really fast answers and competent people. What I also really like is the ability to create your own Thank you cards as well as the Print on demand feature where you can create your own designs very easily. All in all a really great solution for Dropshippers.
