I worked very hard for months to set up my Shopify store and connected all the products I wanted to list. There were a few hiccups and miscommunication and learning curve on my part but Zendrop came through. Ms. Darlene Mendoza from the customer success team was unbelievably helpful along with other team members that helped with my issues. The one thing people need to understand, which got me confused, is Zendrop is NOT a warehouse of items, they are a drop shipper which has millions of vendors and when and order is placed they fulfill the order through a supplier. I misunderstood but once I understood how things work I realized what I needed to do to make my business successful. Zendrop has weekly calls and will evaluate your store. Take advantage of this they are there to help you succeed. I appreciate everything that the success team has done for me. Yes, items are going to be out of stock, prices will change at a moments notice and some take a long time to get delivered but once you understand which products to choose and where they come from it won't seem so overwhelming. Remember they are basically a middle man to vendors, they do not hold inventory. That has been my biggest take away from my experience. But the one thing that has kept me going is the customer service, which has been top notch. I have looked at other drop shippers and they just don't offer the products I want to sell. Last piece of advice, go to the Zendrop academy and utilize all the courses, online meetings, articles available. That is what has helped me immensely.
