If I don't want or use the app, why are the charges added to my billing? When I use the app, it's understandable, but when I don't, why? |Worst app ever please do not install the app.

I had issues with my first order and sent in a request to resolve it. Nyka responded in time. As soon as I clarified the issue, she was on it and had it solved in 5 minutes.

My client ordered on Nov 14th and stil hasnt received the order.

They changed their plan on me, there used to be an option to pay as you sell but not anymore

I’ve been using Zendrop for one month and so far my experience has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, offers good products, and deliveries have been running smoothly. What impressed me the most is the customer support, always available and quick to respond. I’d like to give a special thanks to Jo, who has helped me every time I had a question or issue — truly outstanding service! Overall, I’m very satisfied with Zendrop and plan to continue using the platform. Note: I would only suggest that shipping could be a little faster — even if it meant paying a bit more.

Unreliable and they randomly raise their prices while refusing to offer refunds for products they have not delivered to the customer.

So I just started using Zendrop. I find it very easy and integrates without a hassle. Also the support is SPOT ON! I had different types of questions regarding varying topics. I was always assisted within a short timespan and if I contacted support in the evening, the chatbot was actually able to give me very detailed information. When the Chatbot could not handle it, it would reply to me that it would forward my case to the ''live-team'' the next day. And so it happened. I had very detailed questions about certifications of products and the live-team took less than 1 day after the request, to give me all the documentation on the product. Absolutely standout support right there!

The Zendrop Trust and Integrity Team were really helpful when I had a issue. It was resolved satisfactorily. I greatly appreciated the support I was given and decided to continue with Zendrop and my Shopify store.
