Zendrop has been one of the easiest dropshipping fulfillment platforms to work with. The platform is beginner-friendly, fast to set up, and makes product importing simple. The automated order fulfillment saves a lot of time, especially when managing multiple products or scaling ads. Customer support has been responsive, and the dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. If you're building a Shopify dropshipping store and want a more reliable fulfillment partner, Zendrop is definitely worth considering.

I really want to say that even though a majority of my experience was through AI it was good, however it was way better when I spoke with anlibe agent. Recommendations 1. Get a telephone number that we can call into and speak with a live agent. Trying to explain everything by text or chat is very difficult.Especially if you're having real issues. 2. Live Chat is great, however, it would be so much better if we talked to an agent right away versus AI it would have gone a lot faster. The agent i did speak to was absolutely wonderful.she was so kind, patient, and gave grace to someone who is new and trying to understand the processes. I had difficulty with the products I added to my Shopify store via Zendrop, as the products showed "unavailable" when they were actually in stock. I contacted Jobelle, Zendrop customer service, and the assistance was top-notch. I recommend Zendrop to anyone who appreciates top-notch customer support.

I think zendrop have so far been a good partner and instrumental in helping me grow. Though the timezone difference can be challenging at times for us in the southern hemisphere at the bottom of the world, it is still workable, their approach to freight and problem solving in challenging times has this far been great. Recommended as a partner.

The biggest scam. I have never used Zendrop to fulfil any orders. They charged me last month for a subscription, even though I didn't have any products in my store. I spoke to their support, who told me to uninstall the app and that I wouldn't be charged again... well, guess what, I was charged again even though the app was uninstalled. Now I have no response from them and can't even open live chat to request a refund. ABSOLUTE SCAM. STAY AWAY.

We are extremely satisfied with Zendrop, having gone through a load of crap services before using Zendrop. Products are easy to source and not confusing and delivery has been smooth. The only downside is the order takes a lot of time to ship and reach the customer. Apart from that, we are happy and continue using Zendrop for our store's fulfilment.

Customer Service is excellent! Product costs are sometimes too high and selection can be limited depending on the category, but Zendrop has been the simplest and fastest dropshipper for my business overall.

I have been setting up my Shopify store and ZenDrop when I have time in between my full time job and although I am watching videos, I have gotten confused on steps. So I reached to ZenDrop via the chat option and Nina was extremely helpful and shared some great articles and videos. Also asking for a live person was not a hassle at all. This company is a COMPLETE FRAUDULANT company. You can heed my words or not. Just a for instance, the Quantity of Products they put in your store is a Fictitious number, straight out of THEIR mouths.As told to me by Zendrop. They reaklly dont know what they have in stock.So this is the chain of Events. Your customer orders something because you show yiou have 100 in stock the order goes to Zendrop who actually has 0(Zero) in stock. Now what does that make you and your company look like??? You look like your company that you worked so hard to get going ,a SCAM STORE. If I could . I would gladly show you a Transcript of my conversation with a Live Zendrop employee, I GUARANTEE you after reading this transcript from beginning to end, You would not believe what you are reading.
