I just spent almost 3 hours on a live chat with two different ladies, Kelly an Jo. Why two you might ask? It is because of the time of day and a shift change. I had a major boo boo that I had done to myself and they both took their time in walking me through everything step by step. Big deal you might say. When you are new to drop shipping an e-commerce, and working with just one hand it can be VERY time consuming.
