I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for some of my store orders to be shipped. Despite raising multiple complaints, Juan keeps telling me to wait patiently. It’s been more than two weeks now, and he’s still asking me to wait. To make matters worse, they deactivated my account without fulfilling my orders or issuing a refund. This has caused me to lose both customer trust and money. I feel like I’ve been scammed by Zendrop.
