Khubaib, Jacob AND Jo from zendrop had very good customer service, and they provided genuine help with my problem, instead of ignoring it/not really caring. about the issue. I really appreciated his help, and they explained in very understandable ways. Jo also helped me a lot and was so useful and quick with the support. although i struggled to find live chat in the zendrop app (which i want to blame zendrop platform for) when i found it and got to talk with Jo Anne Larga, it was just amazing. Truly recommend her and the two guys above!
