Terrible service, careless choice of suppliers, product photos don’t match reality, support replies with canned responses, and they refuse to take responsibility for their own mistakes. Processing takes about a week, not 1–3 days, and shipping takes about a month, not 14 days as they claim. Lost around $4,000 because of them. UPD: After publishing this review, Austin, who manages the Zendrop Customer Experience, reached out to me. He expressed his condolences regarding my experience and offered a refund of my most expensive subscription (which I had purchased for a full year) while allowing me to keep it active for free as a new plan. As an alternative, he also suggested $100 in order credits. I chose the first option, which at least slightly compensated for the losses. Also, after long arguments, support agreed to refund the amount I had paid for each order. But unfortunately, this is not even half of my losses.
