I am updating my previous review following a resolution from Zendrop. After my initial complaint regarding a chargeback caused by international shipping delays, Zendrop reviewed the case and compensated me for the financial loss. I appreciate that the issue was eventually acknowledged and resolved. While international shipping delays can still present risks during peak seasons, I want to note that Zendrop did take responsibility in this case and provided compensation, which I consider a positive and professional response.
