I want to update my review and remove my previous negative comment because I’m genuinely happy with Zendrop’s support now. Huge appreciation to Darlene for the way she handled my issue. Even though it was early in the morning, she waited for my call, listened patiently, and helped sort out all the problems I was facing. She assured me that Zendrop will support us whenever there are issues, and that really meant a lot to me. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way Darlene handled the situation was truly impressive professional, calm, and supportive. I was honestly about to switch platforms, but because of her support, I’ve decided to stay and give Zendrop another try. Customer support like this makes a big difference.
