The interface is easy to use, products are simple to import, and support stepped in when I had a billing issue. I received a refund along with additional account assistance, which showed they’re willing to make things right. That said, billing cycles and app charges can be a bit confusing, especially if you’re newer to dropshipping. Keeping a close eye on subscriptions and invoices is important. Once I communicated with support, things improved quickly. If you’re thinking about using the platform, stay organized with billing and don’t hesitate to ask questions early. The tools are solid, you just need to stay proactive
