I really want to say that even though a majority of my experience was through AI it was good, however it was way better when I spoke with anlibe agent. Recommendations 1. Get a telephone number that we can call into and speak with a live agent. Trying to explain everything by text or chat is very difficult.Especially if you're having real issues. 2.
