I subscribed to the app specifically because it sold itself on the ability of UK merchants to automatically generate Parcelforce labels. When I set up the label printing instructions I found that the app was not programmed to recognise the Parcelforce service I use which is a product for shipping from Northern Ireland postcodes to Northern Ireland postcodes called Parcelrider Plus. As this is 80% of our shipments, we now can't use the app to print shipping labels - we have to continue to spend hours every week producing them manually. I have contacted Zenstores support (Harry) twice but on both occasions he replied that they were not interested in writing the additional code that would allow users of this Parcelforce contract (Parcelrider Plus) to actually make use of Zenstores - presumably because Zenstores calculates the number of potential users does not justify their programming time in developing their app). This is hugely disappointing for UK merchants as the app works well in all other respects - but we are still manually producing our Parcelforce shipping labels. So UK retailers, before subscribing and spending time setting up this app check carefully whether Zenstores will actually support the Parcelforce contract you are working with, especially if you are in one of the remoter UK zones (Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands)

Excellent app which saves lots of time each day. Improvements are always incoming and support know all there is to know! I've been using Zen Stores for a few months now and have just signed up and paid for the yearly option as I have no reason to leave.

Saves me hours .. quality app and well worth the cost.... i do wish it was a little quicker updating the various sales channels ...however i guess we cannot have it all ...i defo recommend

Invaluable software for our business now. We've grown to love it's simplicity whilst still being capable of quickly doing many things simultaneously. Startup business from the UK who offer quick customer service and are always looking to add new features. It's a brilliant app and well worth the cost.

We have 2 Shopify stores and we use Zenstores for both of them plus our ebay and Amazon stores. It does all we need of it, is very reliable and if we do hit a problem, the support is excellent. They only lose a star because of a couple of irritating features that they seem unwilling to rectify, while wasting developers time on "Insights" which are very basic and are better provided by your accounting package or the sales channels. I recommend Zenstores highly.

We tried a few shipping apps, and Zenstores was just the simplest and clearest to use. It's uncomplicated, user friendly and integrates really well with a range of shipping services. Support is great too - very open to helping where they can. Definitely worth it, though I'd like to see more customisation and label options.

Zenstores makes my order processing in terms of shipping much faster. Dealing with orders from multiple sources in one place with access to all the shipping options just covers bases like nothing else we've ever used. Also being able to print invoices, delivery notes and labels it's super useful for us. The day we can send orders from Xero into Zenstores will be a happy day indeed

I have used Zenstores for two years and honestly I wouldn't use ANYTHING else. I sell on ebay, amazon, etsy and shopify so I have these all integrated. Royal Mail is linked also so I can print labels directly from the channel. Any issues I have had have been simply resolved by Zenstores straight away. Customer service is top level. I like the fact you can import export and manage channel orders in one click. My only want for this is that Amazon handmade personalisations drop in because we have to update these manually. The reporting area is simple and clean and allows me to recognise when we are really busy and when we are slower. We do about 1500 shipments on an average month and 6k on a busy one. I hardly ever go into the platforms anymore unless there are messages as I have no need to. Top marks. Love it www.mantamakes.com

Have been using Zenstores from the beginning and never had any problems with it in the slightest. It just works! Orders from Amazon, Ebay, Etsy and our online shop are pulled into the Zenstore platform making processing orders really simple and time efficient. They even sent me a mug when our 10,000th order was processed,

I honestly would not go without this app and it saves so much time. I still can't find a way to send International Standard letters to the US and Canada (Zenstores told me to take it up with Royal Mail and Royal Mail told me to take it up with Zenstores so I've had to give up) but thankfully I usually send large letters and Zenstores have been incredibly helpful with every other question I've had. I would definitely recommend Zenstores and could never consider going back to buying all my postage labels through PayPal and the Royal Mail website. It's not perfect but I'm seeing it improve all the time.

I Have used Zenstores for about 18 months and it saves lots of time and the staff have been very helpful in what I wanted, and helped make a custom label for me. Also for peak times of year its so easy to upgrade and downgrade the plans with no additional costs. It is also super easy to use. It has definitely helped our business.

I have been using this app for over a year now and overall it works well as an order management tool. Good points: - The UI is very neat and easy to use. - Support team very responsive. - Royal Mail integration is direct now which is good (used to go via NetDispatch which was a complete nightmare). - Synchronisation of orders is okay, it used to be faster. Bad points: - There have been many periods of instability and outages in recent months, last few weeks things have improved. - Have raised many enhancement requests which are acknowledged, but they never get fixed.
